I want to personally think the man and the woman that are being sent outside in the pouring rain to hand people their meals. While I understand businesswise, this is keeping orders moving and money flowing. However, at what point do we protect our employees and keep them healthy and think of their well-being first? Used Curbside Pick Up. Ours was wrong.
Go inside to get it fixed, a line there waiting to get their wrong orders fixed. While sitting eating out food, seen two more going in to get their wrong orders fixed.
Really need to get it together.
I did a mobile order waited in line over 30 min thou I was the 3 car on the left side…they let over 20 cars go on the Rt side. I called and asked are you going to run this lane and balance…. Got told new. Person 2 running drive threw and a big order was placed. I’m stuck cars in front and behind me keep in mind. Told them they need to do better and got told:
