Don't waste your time or your money. There's always a long wait in the drive thru...15 people on the clock 12 pretending to work or outside smoking and 3 actually getting the job done. I was a QSR manager for a long time I'm pretty patient and understanding as I've been on the your side of the counter. You could save yourself a ton of labor costs and watch your surveillance cameras through dinner rush sometime. I would even tolerate the wait if my food was fresh, hot , and somewhat met the McDonald's standard. I'm paralyzed and use a wheelchair, one visit they forgot my sauces (that I paid extra for) so I went back through the drive thru, the guy was crass enough to ask me to come inside to get them. Then made me wait in line all the way to the second window to receive them. At the very least, they could have handed them out the back drive window. I've given this location multiple chances, and it is the same experience every time; this last visit will be the last.

I’m truly not one to leave reviews, especially bad ones, but my experience at this location has been consistently awful. Ever since the beginning of 2025, the wait time for food has been ridiculous on top of extremely poor organization. My partner and I prefer to place online orders (to speed thing up, ironically), but the last THREE times we’ve gone, it was over an hour wait from the estimated pickup time due to order complications. I’m a vegetarian, but really enjoy eating McDonalds breakfast, so I order my food without meat. This past time, I received a muffin with ONLY canadian bacon on it. When I called and spoke to the manager, I was told “We are busy and short handed, mistakes are going to happen.” Any other response would’ve been appropriate. I will no longer be going to the Pine Lake location, I hope their team gets their stuff together. I can see how much the employees are struggling with such poor management.

Something needs to change at this location! Every time I go there and specifically ask for my burritos to be made fresh they never do and the cheese is all hard and gross I took 2 bites and threw the food away!! Do better McDonald's! Completely unacceptable

Waited 25 minutes this morning to not get our food nor our money back! When we finally did get to the pickup window, our food was sitting there, bag wide open, and continued to sit there for an additional 5 minutes before they tried to hand us the cold food! We said we wanted our money back but kept stalling us to the point we just had to leave so we could get to work on time. Absolutely the worst service.

I just wanted one simple thing, a shamarock shake, but you know casual laporte mcdonalds with a "broken machine" like usual. Asked the guy whats wrong with it and said a casual "I dont know." Now my nights ruined with no shamarock shake, also if the machines not working dont put the picture up in big words saying "the shamarock shake is back. Get better

They're terrible even for McDonald's. I only go once in a while for a happy meal for my kid. Today I stopped in, ordered on my mobile app. It took nearly 15 minutes and there was hardly anyone in the drive thru. Then we get home and my kid tells me they only gave him a kids fry in the box, no nuggets or anything else. I tried calling to get the order refunded, but the store did not answer and the call was disconnected. I'll be contacting corporate or request a chargeback from my bank as we weren't provided the things we paid for.
Avoid the McDonald's location on Pine Lake Ave, if possible . Staff, including management, are rude and lazy! Worst McDonald's location I've ever went too! Never again! Shame on them!!!
