Although the line was long. The food was nice and hot, cheese was melted. Some of the places you goto these days the cheese doesn't even be melted on the sandwiches.

This is my hometown McDonalds and it’s the absolute WORST…I drive to the one on Boyd instead just to avoid it. They have NEVER not even once got our order correct. Several times when getting curbside they missed a burger or a drink or something big like that. It’s not just a dipping sauce. They miss an entire meal practically…I have tried several different times over a few months because I thought maybe it was a bad day or maybe they had new employees but nah…it’s just horrid

The burger was so good that I had to order a second one to make sure of what I was tasting! The place was clean and I was thanked by employees inside and outside as I was leaving. Congrats Mitch and your crew for a fantastic turn around, was much needed at this location.
Update 11/25 Everything still great at this location. One of the best quarter pounders I have had i had here recently. Thanks for the hard work. REMEMBER.....!!! ALWAYS check your drive thru or to go order wherever you go. I have seen Mistakes happen here and even culvers and bk

Every time I've gotten food here the past couple of weeks I get a spicy McChicken or regular McChicken and every time I bite into a hard chunky piece that is absolutely disgusting they also get the rest of my order wrong pretty much every time.

Got no pickles no onions and 2 smashed cheeseburgers. The person taking the order was rude and was acting like we were an inconvenience. Horrible atmosphere not worth it never going back again.

The drive thru service is unbelievably slow at night. Ordered my food exactly 25 minutes ago and I’m still not even at the first window to pay yet. The longest I’ve ever been in a drive thru in my lifetime by far.

This used to be the good McDonalds in Laporte (This review is for the pine lake location) but not sure what changed. Each time I have gone through the drive thru lately I'm waiting at the order screen longer than I'm waiting for the food for someone to take my order. I usually don't mind if I know they're busy I get that. But went through it recently. Pulled up to wait my turn. Car pulled up in the other lane they took his order. I still didn't get a greeting or wait one second. Second car pulls into the other lane they take their order. I start asking if this machine isn't working they just tell me to wait no apology for ignoring me just wait. Drove off and won't be back to that one.

Jest went through the drive thru- ordered 4 six piece happy meals- got 4 piece. They had no happy meal boxes so it was all thrown haphazardly in a bag. She tried to tell me my other two meals were also in the bag, they weren’t. Got home only had 3 toys for four kids, you can imagine how that went over! My burger bun was so stale I threw it away and didn’t get any of the sauces we ordered. I called and they said sorry we are busy! Like that’s a legit excuse??? Terrible!!
