Got no pickles no onions and 2 smashed cheeseburgers. The person taking the order was rude and was acting like we were an inconvenience. Horrible atmosphere not worth it never going back again.

The drive thru service is unbelievably slow at night. Ordered my food exactly 25 minutes ago and I’m still not even at the first window to pay yet. The longest I’ve ever been in a drive thru in my lifetime by far.

This used to be the good McDonalds in Laporte (This review is for the pine lake location) but not sure what changed. Each time I have gone through the drive thru lately I'm waiting at the order screen longer than I'm waiting for the food for someone to take my order. I usually don't mind if I know they're busy I get that. But went through it recently. Pulled up to wait my turn. Car pulled up in the other lane they took his order. I still didn't get a greeting or wait one second. Second car pulls into the other lane they take their order. I start asking if this machine isn't working they just tell me to wait no apology for ignoring me just wait. Drove off and won't be back to that one.

Jest went through the drive thru- ordered 4 six piece happy meals- got 4 piece. They had no happy meal boxes so it was all thrown haphazardly in a bag. She tried to tell me my other two meals were also in the bag, they weren’t. Got home only had 3 toys for four kids, you can imagine how that went over! My burger bun was so stale I threw it away and didn’t get any of the sauces we ordered. I called and they said sorry we are busy! Like that’s a legit excuse??? Terrible!!

Very sweet workers at 1am. Felt very well cared for and service was quick. Little family of racoons visited the drive through while I was there which was fun. Wish I could personally thank the workers again. One of the only restaurants open that late in the area.

The employees ten the windows first and unattended cash register always with people their on line night time before closing the doors and they don't ten to you very nice when taking the order waiting for grumpy workers is the worst cause they ten the drive thru but they looking at you like your a nuisance and I order apple pies like I do at that late hour and she said we don't make apple pies at this time but yet last night and other night aaI bought apple pies please have a talk with the Night people to be more courtesy and to smother the customer with care after all we don't just pay for food we pay for that Ronald MacDonald smile. I Ordered two Mcchickens no lettuce, with dehydrated onions, because the slivered onions are to spicy for me, and pickles. I was asked to pull forward so I was thinking I was waiting for fresh mcChicken. Instead, my chicken was cold, there was no pickles and they had put slivered onions on both. I didn't have time to go back.

ABSOLUTELY abysmal service. Order was messed up once at the window. Then get home and more things were missing. I come back and the man in front is flirting with some chicks instead of dealing with me at the register. Made eye contact with me multiple times, didn’t address me at all. Not only him, other workers just looking at me like they didn’t know what someone standing at the register meant. There’s absolutely no way it should take 20 minutes for me to get 3 items!!
Guys dont go here former employee and they only care abt making themselves money the food is trash im a minor and i dont work here no more and its been 3 weeks since I’ve gotten my 40 hr paycheck DONT GO HERE!. (Ive also gotten a burger that looks like a bite was taken out it and they dgaf)

Ordered two Mc griddles and pancakes and sausage. Got one Mc griddle. Had to go back in and get another one get home there's two pancakes and then something that resembled a partial pancake and then another partial which didn't match up even and the griddles were cold. this McDonald's need some good management to start snapping the whip because the employees are doing a Terrible job

It's way too costly for subpar cool food. I would not feed my dog this nastiness. They fries were not hot nor cold. Room temp fries have a nastiness special to just them. The burger was slightly warmer, but not by much. The drink seemed under sweetened.
Focus on bringing the quality and taste back to your food. Your food used to be all the rave. Now, it will not be mentioned in our quick food thoughts.
Seems all the Kokomo McD's have the same quality of food and service in some cases.
