Went through drive thru, I was in a bit of hurry, luckily I checked my bag to see if they earned their $20 an hr,no straw,kinda hard to drink a frappe without a straw,have you ever tipped a shake or frappe up to drink and received the whole thing on your face? What really got me,the person in charge got snarky with me after I told him straws are needed when a drink is ordered, didn't even say sorry for having to get out of my car and go in to get a straw that should have...
