Is there a certain reason that ot is taking McDonald's 30 minutes to get thru 1 drive thru order? I mean, what the heck is going on!? And everyone that i came into contact in the drive thru window looked messed.up or dirty. What is going on here?

Every-time I come here the wait times ridiculous. I mobile Everytime and we always have to pull through and wait 30 min. I sat at the speaker box for 15 minutes without a word being said while the other lane was taking one car after another. After talking to the guy at the window about how nobody answered so I figured I would just give my code at the window he said under no circumstance should I drive past and i would have to wait again. I pulled up to the second window and they had me wait another 10 minutes! I’m never coming back. Absolutely ridiculous

This location seriously cannot cook to save their lives. Fries soggy before I even made it home, Diet Coke was watered down by the time I got it, food inedible it tastes so off. Idk what’s going on but it’s gross. Not to mention they don’t know how to take orders at two separate lanes. At that point just close one if you’re going to take multiple cars before the opposite speaker.

They tell me they charge for ketchup packets for the fries in a happy meal because I was already getting one dipping sauce with the nuggets so ketchup is a second dipping sauce. What a joke. I sent an email to corporate customer service to see why they're charging for ketchup.

This place has a habit of shorting orders. Last 3 times we ordered double quarter pounders and got quarter pounders. This has to be intentional. You can't tell me these people don't know the difference between one and two patties. And they still put them in a double quarter pounder box. And we ordered four drinks and got zero straws.

Terrible service at this establishment. They take a long time, and today they didn't deliver my complete order. I was missing my hamburger. It's annoying that they waste my time and money.

The guy with dark hair glasses that works in drive through and in first window. Is so rude. He should really go work somewhere else if he hates his job ! Bad customer service , the worst actually. Makes me wonder how much service was lost when it came to this guy taking orders.
