This place has a habit of shorting orders. Last 3 times we ordered double quarter pounders and got quarter pounders. This has to be intentional. You can't tell me these people don't know the difference between one and two patties. And they still put them in a double quarter pounder box. And we ordered four drinks and got zero straws.

The guy with dark hair glasses that works in drive through and in first window. Is so rude. He should really go work somewhere else if he hates his job ! Bad customer service , the worst actually. Makes me wonder how much service was lost when it came to this guy taking orders.

This location is literally the worst! They always forget item orders and the service is less than subpar. Every single time I’ve tried to order from here there is an issue. I’m listed over 10 times in their “book” for items never received. Dont waste your time or money. Go over to Pine Lake instead.

I was having a horrible morning, so i decided to get my favorite breakfast, i ordered online which every single time i do, i get told a different window so i just go to the window that says 1 and not a soul has ever said anything to me. The manager came up to the window i was at with a HORRIBLE attitude because i made a simple mistake of going to the wrong window, when im told a different one every single time, and half the time i get waved by the window you pay at! My food is cold, my bagel is stale and my soda is flat! Just feeling sad, as I got this for a little pick me up this morning.

I recently had one of the worst experiences at the McDonald's located on Boyd Blvd near Walmart. I went there for lunch with my daughter, and what happened has ensured I’ll never return to this location.

First, the staff were incredibly rude. When I pulled up to the second window to get my order, the man working there didn’t even bother to hand me my food properly — he just threw the bag at me without a word. This behavior was unprofessional and completely unacceptable.

When my daughter opened her Happy Meal, we discovered that her burger buns were hard as a rock and, to my absolute horror, had mold on them. How does something like this even happen at a place that serves food, especially meals targeted at children?

I immediately brought the issue to the attention of the manager, expecting at least an apology and a resolution. Instead, I was met with an incredulous attitude and a dismissive comment along the lines of, “Oh no way you got that from here.” Seriously? I had just purchased the meal less than 10 minutes prior! The lack of accountability was staggering.

Not only did the manager fail to offer a replacement or refund, but I was essentially told to leave. This level of disrespect and disregard for basic customer service — not to mention health and safety — is absolutely appalling.

I’ll be calling corporate to report this incident, and I strongly urge others to avoid this location until they get their act together. Between the rude staff, the unsanitary food, and the dismissive management, this McDonald's is an absolute disgrace.

A great place to stop in when on the go. Used the predictably clean restroom and had a, now not so cheap, McDouble. It's odd, the burger was ok, and at the same time, always tastes the same.
