Ordered delivery for 4:30 PM and it was here just before 4:30. Everything was delicious. Tried the cinnamon bites for the first time and I'm afraid that I will eat way to much of them. They are super delicious. Literally melt in your mouth.

Our pizza is always great. No matter what we order. Always super fast. Even when they’re really busy. We did carry out and the cashier was incredibly sweet. I think her name was Emmy. I’ve went in a few times and she is always smiling and so polite. Thank you for the great pizza and customer service.

I walked in. I ordered a special and a pepperoni both large. An order of cheese sticks and also some cinnamon pull apart. We waited in the jeep and they even brought it out to us when it was done about 15 minutes later. I couldn't stop eating it.

We picked up pizza to go on New Years Eve. They were very busy which we understand but we got home to eat our pizza and found several pieces of long hair in our Hawaiian pizza. And I mean several. Some long and black and some long light brown. Cooked on the inside and even a long black one was on the top where it was noticeable right when you opened the box. Unfortunately this has made us not want Papa John's for along time. Also when I ordered online we never received an estimate time frame. I had the link that was sent to me and it never told me anything. I just randomly received a text saying when it was done. We do appreciate how fast everything was done and how nothing was forgotten or wrong.They even gave us all of our extra sauces which never happens when we get take out! But all the hair ruined it for us and we didn't even get to enjoy or meal. Unfortunately we won't be back for along while...

Got half of my order wrong after I drove from the heights to get it then drive all the way back before I noticed it was wrong because the box had the right details on it so I call and they say they’re going to give me some of my money back but then I only get 8$ back and it’s in papa dough

Got my simple order wrong then they acted like they didn't want to make it right. So I asked for refund. The girl told me it would be given my mail when I paid cash. She then gave me my cash back. Just wow get it together this only Thursday what's gonna happen on a weekend.
Ordering was a hassle. The girl taking the order gad a thick accent, and was very hard to understand. The pizza was great!! Ordering...not so much...

The on line order app wasn't working. Ordered 2 pizzas. Awefull tasting pizza. The cheap jacks pizza you buy at Krogers had better flavor than what I ordered. Papa Jonhs quality has really gone down hill.

We usually don't get pizza from Papa Johns but I decided to try it since the last few times my bf got sick from dominoes and the deals aren't that cheap after you get to check out. I was pretty disappointed when our pizza and chicken wings came and the pizza was barely luke warm. We live five minutes away!! The boneless chicken wings were spongy and the texture was weird.. So the deal was for large pizza, two toppings, I got chicken wings, two sauces and it was 38 something dollars. They already charge 5.99 for delivery and that's not going to the driver. Definitely not worth it. Delivery person was nice.
