Tasted chemically and smelled the girls perfume or hand lotion ALL over the lid and cup. Drive through worker was less than enthusiastic to be around. Disappointing as it's definitely not cheap.

I started coming here a lot more after finding a drink I like but I’m going back to the Frappuccino in the glass bottles. You can get two for $2 less than one here. And I’m not coming here to complain about some some vanilla. But it’s been only a month maybe a little longer since it’s been a normal thing before work. Atleast 6-7 times they do not put vanilla in the drink. Then you gotta go back and they’re nice they gave me another one each time and a little vanilla for the other one. But it’s is literally everyday now almost. I’m not sure what is so damn hard

Screen isn’t working, so you can’t tell when they mess up your orders, which they did to mine. They also don’t give you receipts with your orders off the bat and the lid wasn’t pushed onto my drink when I received it so it got all over my hands. Wouldn’t recommend

We were in town visiting guests and stopped by this LaPorte Starbucks location three times during our visit. The service at the drive thru was fantastic. The young man taking our order and working the window, TOMMY, was very professional and polite. If we had more customer service like Tommy, the world would be a better place. Great job!

I usually order on the app then pick up. Well happen to be close by and needed caffeine for headache. So ordered my drink with NO whip and EXTRA shot. I believe the guy was new. He repeated my order 3 times then a girl came on. Got to the window paid and waited. He had a problem with the order behind us too. Well gave me my drinks and mine had whip on top (I thought that's fine he's new I'll just stir it in). As I left took a sip. No extra shot either. I could tell. I'll stick to ordering on the app. Maybe then they won't get confused.
I love Starbucks, but this location is really uninviting. It needs a makeover/remodeling or something... the seating and lighting mainly. It's always super dark and cold and no one is ever in there in the evening. No one really smiles or is friendly at any time...the bathrooms always seem dirty and also the trash is always spilling out.
