I usually order on the app then pick up. Well happen to be close by and needed caffeine for headache. So ordered my drink with NO whip and EXTRA shot. I believe the guy was new. He repeated my order 3 times then a girl came on. Got to the window paid and waited. He had a problem with the order behind us too. Well gave me my drinks and mine had whip on top (I thought that's fine he's new I'll just stir it in). As I left took a sip. No extra shot either. I could tell. I'll stick to ordering on the app. Maybe then they won't get confused.

I love Starbucks, but this location is really uninviting. It needs a makeover/remodeling or something... the seating and lighting mainly. It's always super dark and cold and no one is ever in there in the evening. No one really smiles or is friendly at any time...the bathrooms always seem dirty and also the trash is always spilling out.

Not a fan. Not even a little. It felt like a funeral. No one was friendly. Everyone including the customers seem angry and unhappy. It seem dark and cold..
Paid for coffee and also a lemon cake. I had my coffee as normally as I should, but no lemon cake. I ask a worker politely if they could get the lemon cake and the guy just look back to making a coffee and I just flat out ignored and disrespected me. I had a call for the manager too get it. I understand they get busy and times are alot different now ... I'm a 80s baby. But common courtesy still exists doesn't it? .. I'm not one to complain ever but maybe it's me... who knows ?

I can't get enough of Starbucks. It's very expensive. But the quality of the coffee is great.
Parking: The place needs more room for parking since it is a great coffee shop. I have a hard time with a big truck parking.

Wheelchair accessibility: I believe the long table to the right as you enter in is handicapped for wheelchairs.
