I can't get enough of Starbucks. It's very expensive. But the quality of the coffee is great.Parking: The place needs more room for parking since it is a great coffee shop. I have a hard time with a big truck parking.Kid-friendliness: Yes kid friendly.Wheelchair accessibility: I believe the long table to the right as you enter in is handicapped for wheelchairs.
I'm not from the area but I've been here twice so far and went through the drive through. As an ex Starbucks employee I'm very disappointed. The first time I got a hot chocolate and that was somehow messed up. So I went back this morning thinking it was probably just the barista that messed up my hot chocolate and I got another simple drink, a hot caramel macchiato and it was also trash. As a chain they need to step up their game and do a refresher training for their baristas because whatever I was served was not a caramel macchiato at all.

Paid for coffee and also a lemon cake. I had my coffee as normally as I should, but no lemon cake. I ask a worker politely if they could get the lemon cake and the guy just look back to making a coffee and I just flat out ignored and disrespected me. I had a call for the manager too get it. I understand they get busy and times are alot different now ... I'm a 80s baby. But common courtesy still exists doesn't it? .. I'm not one to complain ever but maybe it's me... who knows ?

The manager should take inventory everyday. They are constantly running out of stuff. You have to call ahead to see if they have your coffee so you don't get stuck in line with no order.Parking: Need a store at the other side of town

I must say they had too many people behind the counter six items were ordered got a hot coffee first 5 minutes later we got a blueberry scone another 10 minutes later was a peppermint drink another 10 minutes later was the other drink and snack that was ordered and we had to remind him twice we were
Every single time I've ever come here they're out of all their lunch items lol. I will admit the strawberry lemonade is good but my lord, yall need to either stop serving food items and stick to drinks or actually keep your food products stocked, which would entail purchasing products through your supplier more often. With how much you charge for drinks I think you can afford it : )
