I ordered a sandwich and it wasn't made correctly. When I called to complain I was told that is the way we make them now. But the other sandwich I got was made the way it was supposed to be made. Her explanation was someone else made that sandwich so no matter what one of my sandwiches was made wrong but oh well you paid 9 dollars for a sandwich that is inedible your bad

This subway really struggles. I have been there more than once in the past year and it takes an abhorrent amount of time to get food. Most recently, it took half an hour for me to order and get my food. I was the only car in the drive thru and I ordered 2 sandwiches. When I finally paid, they provided me with the receipt where I learned I had paid for the wrong order. They cancelled that payment and then brought my food. The order was wrong and I had to wait for them to remake it. They then charged me for the correct order, but when I drove away I learned that the order was still incorrect. I'm not sure how this location continues to get business.
