The workers didnt understand what the sub of the day meal consists of. Had to fight with the guy for 5 min because he was trying to charge me $7 more for the meal than advertised. I was told they raised their prices and after I didnt let it go he realized he rang me up for the wrong stuff and thats why the price was wrong. Check your stuff thoroughly if you come here.

This was worst food an service we have ever experienced in our lives. Nothing was made as it was ordered, the meats on sub an in protien bowl were ice cold. Called about these issues an the manager was very rude an dismissive about all of. As well as refused to do anything at all to correct the issues as well. So now we are forced to contact the owner . An if this isnt resolved feel legal actions will be the next step. An to top everything off after eating our food all got sick with food poisoning!!!!!
BUYER BEWARE AVOID THIS LOCATION IF YOU DONT WANT TO BE TREATED LIKE CRAP, OR GET FOOD POISONING OR ANYTHING ELSE.

My experience was appalling, and I'd give it a zero rating if possible. First, the restaurant didn't have high chairs, which was a major concern. Then, we received our food and found that our sandwiches were ice cold despite being toasted and then once we sat down realized the sandwiches weren’t even cut.

Usually have a great experience here. But the worker named Swele was so flipping rude. Don't know what her problem was but she took her bad day out on me and my husband for absolutely no reason. We stayed polite and saying thank you and she continued to be extremely rude. Wouldn't recommend having her make your food if you can help it.

Kid-friendliness: They are very nice here. Not only to the kids to the parents also.

I was just in the lobby with a rude customer yelling at the poor workers because the customer was trying to use expired coupons!!! These workers are the sweetest out there and they put their time and efforts to make a satisfactory experience! Not all customers are right and these workers deserve some praise for how they handled the situation! I always have a great experience at this location (Lincolnway)!!

Green guacamole, nice veggies, I'm vegan so I can't comment on the animal products but this is a well run Subway on this day.

The best one to go to in the area is in Westville,IN. I get a bowl and they always mix it together and chop it in a big bowl then pour into my container. Then add whatever dressing I'm having. They also add more black pepper as I add A LOT to mine...terpenes ? Here in Laporte they don't even break up the bacon and just lay it on top. To me that just shows laziness and I want someone who goes the extra mile. It's called a good work ethic.

I normally do not frequent this subway in town. I prefer the one on other side of town on pine lake Ave. But I was in the area n needed to get dinner so I stopped at this location. Definitely was not a good experience. First off, I had parked on the side lot with the exit door only. My 7 yr old son went running to it before I could tell him it was an exit n tripped n fell n scraped both his knees on the weird paved lump outside that door. Got him checked out n calmed down n knees to stop bleeding. Happens with kids so not their fault. Go inside where the other entry door is......set my son at a table while I went to order. I'm told by one employee "he"will be woth you in a minute. Ok no problem......looking around , only one person eating inside. An elderly lady with a walker. One teen male just sitting n chilling on his cell phone at a table , no food. Place was a mess behind the counter of food service as I'm looking around still waiting to be served 5 mins or more later. One guy working was doing drive thru that was only 2 cars deep. Other younger fellow finally acknowledged me to take my order. I Tell him the 2 subs I would like.......just as 3 other teenage guys walked in. ( his buddies) tells them to lock the door entrance........????? Ummmmm ok, that's professional. Nott!......He Starts making my 2 subs......the 3 other teen guys walk up to the service line n they all just sit there chit chatting, these teens are not ordering a thing after me. Just shooting the breeze with their fellow teen worker making my subs like no big deal and no rush....he was not even caring about getting my order done at all or timely......chatty Kathy. I was losing my patience. Guy working drive-through n making subs n doing most of the work, had to come n take my money.......as other guy, chatty box with his buddies kept yaking.....talking about how busy they were today n etc. And still has to mop yada yada,....booohoo.......Smdh........ummmmmm helloooo finish my order please n thsnk you!!!!! I'm one person inside with 2 subs.....my god! Meanwhile elderly lady dining in gets up to tell him ppl are at the door wanting in.......which they were. He says lobby is closed......she says how are they to know? Or me..why's the door locked? So employee making my subs and still chatting away with his buddies flips off interior lobby lights( its not even 830pm......takes his gloves off n goes n answers this exit door thar now these patrons are at knocking. He goes n tells them lobby is closed. They have yo go through drive thru........man said i have a pick up order . Kid says yes drive through.....meanwhile my subs are chilling half made after toasting n him.worryimg more about shooting the breeze with his locked n lobby buddies! Changes his gloves n gets back to making my 2 subs stillllllll chatting his pals that shouldn't be inside after lobby hours just hanging out in first place. Most unprofessional non caring about customers experience I've ever had! Not a care or hustle at all! 20 minutes later got my 2 subs with a sorry n a smile......smdh! I just grabbed tjem n left left not saying a word! If I hadn't of had my 7 yr old son with me , I'd of severely lost my patience n mouth, js. I will be calling tomorrow to talk to a Manager.......which I hope is an adult because that worker there needs more guidance n care n professionalism!!! Or fired..........either way I will not be back to this location!
