We have been coming here yearly since 2024 and Tristan was also there to welcome us to the restaurant for the first time during our 10 year anniversary. The service and quality of food has not dipped at all. We look forward to our next visit.

After moving to a new GM we were very disappointed in the service and the menu changes. It took over 50 mins to get our salads and the steaks were ready at the same time. Ian did come out and explain and comped us a round of drinks and the salads. I hope this local steak house gets back to where it was.

What a fantastic experience. From the moment we were greeted at the door until we were thanked as we left, everything was perfect. The live music was a fun touch and everyone was focused on making our meal a delight. The service was impeccable but not intrusive. That's a tricky balance. The warm bread tray was fantastic! This is a prime example of catering to individual preferences and creating a unique experience. The menu offered a wonderful mix of options with high quality meat and seafood and the drink options were plentiful. My wife's steak was an example of precisely what she likes, medium rare plus. She raved about the texture, flavor, etc. My scallops were some of the best I have ever had. The sides were also perfect. We will be back and highly recommend for others. Our last trip to Vegas included a dinner at a high end steakhouse that was a complete disappointment. Thankfully Adele's performance made that a distant memory quickly.

Dined at T-Bones and had a very solid overall experience. The wedge salad was a strong start, with excellent blue cheese dressing and good balance overall. That said, the blue cheese itself was a bit disappointing and didn't quite match the quality of the dressing. For my entrée, I chose the pasture-raised veal, and it was excellent—perfectly cooked, flavorful, and clearly high quality. The sides were well executed. I had the broccoli with hollandaise sauce, which was rich and satisfying, and the sweet potato, which stood out for its thoughtful presentation. All the toppings were served on the side, which I really appreciated—it allowed me to customize it exactly to my liking. For dessert, I had the carrot cake, which was good but not exceptional. I also ordered a cappuccino. The coffee itself was enjoyable, but the sweetness stick it came with overpowered the flavor once added. Service overall was excellent and professional. However, there was one notable misstep—while I stepped away to use the restroom, a staff member cleared my table, including my wine and water glasses. When that happens, I believe those should either be replaced or addressed in some way. I didn't push the issue at the time, but it did leave a lasting impression. T-Bones does many things well, particularly with proteins and thoughtful side presentations. Unfortunately, that service lapse may give me pause before returning on a future visit to Las Vegas.

Amazing dinner at Tbones! Our server Silvia and assistant Christian were excellent. All our steaks were cooked perfect! We never felt rushed and enjoyed our time as a family there! Thank you to Ian the manager who stopped by to check on us. The Sommolier Mike is so knowlegeable! He paired our Fried Oreos and ice cream with a Madeira that went perfectly. Thank you to the chef and the entire kitchen staff for executing a beautiful dinner.

I visit Vegas frequently and have a few go-to spots, but I also make it a point to try at least three new places each time I'm in town. This was one of those new spots, and since I have a condo near the resort/casino, I was excited to try it. Unfortunately, the initial experience was disappointing. The hostess greeting was not welcoming—no smile and no acknowledgment. I had made a reservation and specifically asked to sit at the bar area, yet I was asked to wait about 10 minutes without a clear reason and was then seated at a table instead of the bar. After that, the waitresses were great and very attentive. However, the drinks felt overly strong—similar to all-inclusive resort drinks with too much alcohol—and not enjoyable for me. The standout item was the cauliflower bites during happy hour, which were good. This review is based solely on my happy hour experience, but overall I didn't feel the welcoming atmosphere or food quality I usually expect from a steakhouse. Unfortunately, I would not return.

The crab cocktail is a must. Huge lump crab, delicious. I ordered the filet mignon and it was cooked to perfection. Service is always always on point. Oh, and the fried oreos!!
