Got the 7.00 box and ask for NO CHICKEN got home and guess what had chicken took it back and the manager put the order in right and guess what got home and chicken again. By now I’m over it. Give my money back and was done. Have never been back again. And I will not.

Every time we go there our food is messed up and today they blamed it on us when all of our receipt are correct but the food isn’t and they decided to tell us in front of the whole store they we order it wrong and the night crew is always using foul language loudly and speaking inappropriately in front of costumers

The robot gives me the WORST anxiety. I refuse to go there anymore due to that alone. Prices are ridiculous. The workers are usually very sweet, but the whole experience is just sad. Fast food in this economy? Nah.

I paid $0.50 for extra lettuce on my spicy potato taco and hardly had any at all but didn't feel like going back in to get more lettuce so I just never go back again.

Prices have gone up even more and food service has gone down..had a big order and all of the tacos had no meat on them.. customer service is crap.. didn't greet or say anything at the window..just said the total and that's it..Everytime we go there our order is messed up..not going back for a long time.
