I’ve given those places so many chances I don’t complain. This is my first ever review leaving on a place but I can’t stand it anymore. The manager on duty did offer to give me a new one, but I’m already home The workers here I don’t know if they’re messing around in back too busy, listening to their own music with their own headphones in there ear that witness 24 seven when I’m there when they are on headsets but I got nacho bell grande no beans, extra meat, meat and sour cream nothing else and no cheese no tomatoes two weeks ago I got a Dr Pepper that I completely had to throw out that wasn’t tasting Good that I even called back the place to tell him they should probably switch it. And I’m pretty sure before THAT I did not even get have the food I order and still did not go get a refund , honestly do better

So everyone complained about this taco bell and I ignored it, I went here for a couple months for my work lunch even tho there drink choices was limited and tasted horrible and they r rude and unfriendly in there. But I always choose a news headline name as my order name, its not there business to know my name. But they told me I couldn't do that no more. I felt offended and I feel they crossed the line by doing so. So I will not be returning to this facility and I will let everyone I know and everyone I talk to know how this taco bell is and not to go here.

I have no idea what they’re doing at this Taco Bell but I’ve been eating the Mexican pizza for years. I eat it pretty frequently probably at least a couple times a month at the Pine Lake location. It tastes the same as usual. I’ve had it twice now from this location and both times it tastes like chemicals I have no idea how this is possible, but I won’t be returning for a third time.

I walked into a bunch of yelling and swearing. No place except the one table that I saw, and small parking lot. I have been going to the other location for 11 years, and It has been well ran, and less hostility. Plus this is not a good concept for Laporte either, you want to keep an eye on your food being made in this dump.
This place is so bad. They never cut your quesadilla, they never ever put your sauce in the bag and the food is never good. And the prices are outrageous for this garbage food. Here’s a picture of a cheese quesadilla with extra cheese. Literally it’s all shell. The workers here are a joke.

If you’re thinking of going here instead of the other one, don’t waste your money. I’ve given this location time after time since it’s close to me and they continue to prove they can’t make fresh food or even the correct order at that. Missing a taco, burrito wasn’t even grilled, cheese instead of chipotle sauce. That’s just this visit.
