I ordered the largest size salad they had and honestly could have went smaller it was surprisingly filling. All the ingredients were fresh especially the fruit. The fruit and veggies were thinly sliced so they were easy to eat and got evenly covered in dressing. I had grilled chicken which was a bit dry but honestly the flavor was good so I didn't mind it much. They give you a generous amount of each topping I felt it was well worth the money.
