Person up front was awful. Screaming the N-word talking to a buddy when I walked in with my toddler and then proceeded to keep talking and ignoring us, so we grabbed our mobile order. He THEN decided to stop talking and give us attitude about “well what did you order” “tell me what you ordered” “you can’t just grab orders”…..mhmm right. Burger made wrong. Fries were ice cold. Tried to call them but there phone is out of service.
Just went thru the drivethru and it was the worst service ever. Literally sat at the microphone for several minutes and nobody said a word. I kept saying hello? Still nothing. So I drive around to the window and tell them about it. I get told they don’t have many crew members working. I place my order and come home. It’s a five minute drive at the most.
