Person up front was awful. Screaming the N-word talking to a buddy when I walked in with my toddler and then proceeded to keep talking and ignoring us, so we grabbed our mobile order. He THEN decided to stop talking and give us attitude about “well what did you order” “tell me what you ordered” “you can’t just grab orders”…..mhmm right. On top of that forgot half of my kids meal so. Would recommend working on who y’all pay to operate these places and then maybe you’d get better reviews:)

A lot of up charges not asked for, have to really pay attention. I ended up with a large when that was not what I wanted. Also unchanged me for a drink when their machines are down.

I came in for breakfast today and the gentlemen who maid my food Kenny was so nice and helpful great customer service and the food was nice and hot. I always had bad experience but for the past couple of months it's been wonderful keep up the good work. I'm very pleased 🙂

And they must not teach phone training at this Wendy's because no one knows how to answer it. Wendy's just appoint anyone to be hiring manager. And they are not so my a great job. Food. Okay. low-key got food poisoning from them but their service is amazing and they're really nice + the food is good. so. take your risks if you want lol. it's 3am rn and im dying. I didn't know this much could happen from a bacon swiss croissant. ts was delicious though. no regrets.
