Me and my boyfriend came inside Wendy’s to get two things, a chili,and a chicken nugget meal, the woman told us she would be with us in a moment, we waited 20 minutes just to watch her stand there and laugh with her friends, it got to the point I stormed out because I was so upset, I was so angry because I was so hungry, I had to get to school

I don't often review places unless it really good or just god awful . I was given the coldest, stalest, worst French fries a fast food place has ever served.. the fact that the employees actually served a paying customer something my dog wouldn't even eat is just outrageous.. I was seriously tempted to go back just to yell at the staff and see if they would eat one but instead I'm taking the high ground and leaving this post about inedible fried food

ALL Food cold, wrong drink order, burger made wrong, Then while waiting for drinks (No lids), they brought us another wrap and burger. Worst experience ever.Parking: Fine enough spaces because no customers

This Wendy's in particular is terrible. Wendy's has great food but this one has struggled for years keeping help.
Sat at drive thru 5 minutes to be told it would be 15 more minutes for my food ..they took a drive thru order for $84 instead of asking them to come in for such a large amount..Can't make customers wait that long..it's always something. Cold old fries ,out of tomatoes ,

Pretty awful for the most part. I love wendys but this one socks. My last experience was a double baconator and regular nuggets.The baconator only had 2 prices of bacon (nowhere near the 6 advertised) and the nuggets were soggy room temp with the breading falling off, and the sauce for the nugs had a hole in the top with sauce coming out.All together it just seems like no one give af about doing the bare minimum here.Good luck everyone who orders here

Staff was friendly enough when order was being taken at drive through. When I got to the window, I paid and was not given a receipt, and bag of food was just shoved at me. Staff needs more work on customer service.
