Our football team won a state championship tonight and I called an hour ahead and asked if they could accommodate our entire football team and the families; they didn’t even hesitate and said of course. We had over 60 people show up and they responded with quick service and a smile! The manager Melody jumped in and helped take orders and make sure that every table had exactly what they needed. Both waitresses were super pleasant and did an amazing job taking that many orders. I couldn’t be happier with our experience and we will definitely be back!

We stopped by here to watch the Fever game after work. We asked if they would out the came on a television for us and they were happy to accommodate us. Our server was attentive for the couple hours we were there. Our food was very good with all the staff being very nice. We will definitely be back.

This wings is much smaller than the one's in South Bend. We came here earlier in the day on the 4th of July and when we came in they said that they were "full" when there were a decent handful of tables still open. We waited roughly 30 mins before getting a seat. Once we got our seat and got our drinks, we ordered some apps for the table. My loaded tots were not great. I didn't want to waste the time to send them back because of how busy and how short staffed they were. Granted they were crunchy but everything on it from the tot, to the bacon and cheese, they weren't even luke warm. However when we got our lunch food my burger was nice and fresh with some fresh fries, so that was good. The dining area was FREEZING, so much so that my sister and I were both shivering while eating our lunch. Overall I gave this location a 3 star because apps were cold, the store was cold, and the long wait time. I think if the service could have been a little better between communicating how long they thought the wait time would be, and communicating that they are short staff and were having longer than normal wait times. Maybe I would return here, but if I walk in and see that they are short staffed again, I would turn around and walk back out.
Ordered my food online. I get there timely so my food will still be hot when I get it home. What do you know they forget things in the order. I called (politely)they showed no remorse. I, of course would have to come back to get my missing items or take a credit/refund. We'll, that would leave me with cold food when I get back or someone in my family not getting fed. I wanted the few hot items remade along with the missing items. I was told" nope, you can eat your other things now and then come get your missing items or eat them cold, or take the credit" I was told "remaking it would be above and beyond making things right" lol... I said right. When you screw up customer service that's what you do... go above and beyond. So guess what. I took the credit and will get my food elsewhere and will never eat at a wings ect... again. To many better places to eat. I won't miss them a bit.
