I seen an advertisement on Facebook and thought we go check it out. We were blown away by the friendliness and welcoming atmosphere. The food was A-mazing!! My stepson got a hot mess burger my husband got a kicking cowboy burger. I went with the brisket I added the dill pickle chowder yummy!! We throughly enjoyed all the food. We got desserts to go because we were super full. But those were awesome as well. Thanks to our server Natalie who was very helpful with all our questions! We will be back soon!
Drove an hour from South Bend/Mishawaka area just to try this place and it was well worth the drive. Everything from the food - to the service - to the atmosphere of the place was SPOT ON! Highly reccomend the Kickin' Cowboy Burger or anything with the brisket because MAN the BRISKET ... *Chef's Kiss*

We have eaten here quite a few times. Food, service has always been great. This time (Sunday) service was absolutely horrible. Waited 5 minutes for sodas. Another 15 minutes for the appetizer. We were on a time schedule and we spent over an hour getting

We had planned to visit another restaurant in town, but they were packed. We found this little gem and are so happy that we did! First of all, the service was awesome! Our waitress was so friendly, helpful and kind! My daughter had macaroni and said it was the best she has ever had! My husband had the Philly and fries, which was incredibly tender and flavorful! I had the fancy grilled cheese (I added avocado) with fries, the waitress suggested that I get a side of beer cheese and she was spot on! My sandwich was delicious! The bread was crusted in Parmesan, it was perfect! They also offer flights of anything that they have on tap and the bartender (owner?) came to our table and suggested some of the options. There is a huge selection that is unlike any other we have seen. They truly have something for everyone! This is my new favorite place in LaGrange!!!

Came here on a Friday night, not too terribly busy. We got seated right away and helped almost right away. Our waitress was great, recommending stuff for us overall just being friendly. Food is good too, although it is not super cheap. But portions are reasonable for the price you pay and the quality of the food is what you'd want from a higher end restaurant. They also have an extensive alcohol menu with decent prices, I'll definitely be coming here again.

Picked this place randomly as we do when traveling. Don't like chain restaurants and we were not disappointed. The pulled pork was excellent. Tiffonnie helped me with beer choices (with samples) as they had new taps, and helped us with desert which was also excellent. And don't miss the pineapple jalapeno slaw!

It was our second visit to Fireside. First time we sat on the restaurant side and second time at the bar. Both times the food was great. Unique blends of flavors and sauces. Highly recommended the pulled pork and brisket. Prestzil bites are a good appetizer. Atmosphere is nice, but the food makes it worth the visit. We were slightly disappointed with the service at the bar. Once served we were not asked how are meal was until given the check. We didn't feel this was entirely the bartender's fault as she was understaffed for the volume of drinks and customers at the bar she was serving. Yet overall we enjoy the food, the drinks were generously poured and we will certainly be back for a third visit.
Was travelling from Shipshewana on Sunday around 2pm, got hungry and this was the only restaurant open at that time. Place was not crowded, quiet and food was excellent with a local twist of adding beer to dipping sauce, which was awesome! Pleasant experience, surprisingly nice service.

The food was great! It was delicious and unique. The waitress was nice, but missed that one of us had no silverware & didn't offer condiments when the food was served and my fries were no longer hot by the time she even came back in the room for me to flag her down to ask for it. Also we ordered a dessert to share and she didn't bring an extra plate. She said she had worked there for 5 years, unbelievable. The atmosphere is cute, but noisy.
Very good selection, great atmosphere and service. The food was also very good. The only complaint that I have is the portion size for some of the side dishes. For a $16 burger with fries, I'd expect a little more than what amounts to a small order of fries from a fast food place.Would definitely eat here again!

Sadly I was quite disappointed in the meal. I had to make an alternate selection to my original order. I decided on the grilled cheese sandwich with bacon. It came without bacon. I got the bacon after the fact. The sandwich was okay but not worth $14.50 by any stretch. It believe it would have been so much better if the bacon had been in the sandwich when it was made, not on a plate on the side. The restaurant was great. Megan was a fantastic server. Sadly very overworked. If we visit the area again, I would give this restaurant another try.

Arrived to pickup my order 40 minutes after placing it just to be told that it wasn't ready. The lady said give her a few minutes....I said okay then she proceeded to say about 15 to 20 min I said huh? That's not a few minutes she then proceeds to tell me that their printer isn't working and give me all sorta of excuses on why my food wasn't ready. I waited a grand total of almost an hour and a half for my food. Got home just to realize their "portions" of cake were so tiny and not worth 8 dollars a piece, u get exactly 12 Tots per order (with the burger it's 17 dollars a meal) my daughter's egg was not even close to being cooked all the way. The beer cheese cup i ordered (1.75 cents per cup!) Was gritty and nasty! The hiney mustard cup (anither 1.75 cents!) Was barely half full!Used to be amazing place to eat now it's gone way down hill.

We made a to-go order and arrived inside a few minutes earlier than the said time which we were fine with sitting and waiting…an additional 20 minutes from our pickup time we were finally given our food which was cold! We had paid an extra $1.50 for Mac and cheese as the side dish…less than 1/4 a cup of Mac and cheese. We ordered the patty melt but they put a regular patty on two regular slices of bread so the sandwich was more bread than anything else. Used to be a good place to eat and as we were waiting we’re talking about coming on the weekend for a dine in meal as a family but we won’t go back for poor quality, small amount and cold food.
