0/10 stars, will not be returning. Their salad bar is so basic, not even worth it. They don’t have salad bar ranch, only prepackaged ranch, so if you enjoying eating ranch with your pizza you’re going to be disappointed. This Pizza Hut lacks some of the things other pizza huts have, and honestly am surprised it’s still in buisness. Will be going to Sturgis to get Pizza Hut.

Went for food last night, I can't eat their food without cheese sauce. I paid for 4 cheese sauces (WHICH ISN'T CHEAP BTW), only got 2, and they were gross and clumpy... I asked the lady for my other two cheese sauces and she seemed like it was an inconvenience and like they were in a rush... we were the only ones there

We came across this Pizza Hut and had to stop. There's something about a Pizza Hut pizza. Different from the others.
Plz explain to server Collette, that she should never put her hand on the rim of a customers cup/glass. She is in such a hurry to get you out of the restaurant. My order was not how I requested it. But I was hungry and ate it anyways. The bill was not corrected. Did not offer/bring bev refills in a timely manner. Explain that before she starts taking away plates cup etc, she should ask "may I remove this... " . Her tip reflected it

Paid $2.09 plus tax for extra cheese no extra cheese ordered pan got hand tossed, The restaurants prices have gone up as well I think I will just order from elsewhere from now on. For eight wings in one large one topping pizza with extra cheese I paid over 20 bucks and since I didn't get the extra cheese it wasn't even worth that.

Ordered pizza and when we got it, it wasn't what we ordered. All around NOT
We ordered a new pizza the tavern style, with extra sauce, extra cheese, and sausage. All of the sausage was in the middle, and it was WAY TOO MUCH!!! There were 11-12 pieces of sausage on every center piece square, you could barely see the cheese. I called the store, asked to speak to the manger, she answered saying how can I help you. No name, nothing. I said I was holding for a manager. She said I am the manager. I explained the problem. She offered a refund I said great. Then she said it would be for a future order, I said no. She then had the pizza redelivered, and I gave them back the old one, when the driver began to blame me. She told me if I ordered more toppings instead of 1 topping this never would have happened so it was my fault. Really, my fault for ordering what I wanted the way I wanted it. Then I got a call yesterday from a man from the store basically telling me the same thing. He confirmed that say the 1 topping is 3oz of meat, if I order 3 toppings I will still get 3 oz of toppings only 1oz of each. Then why do you charge extra for extra toppings if they are still giving you the same amount??? That sounds like cheating the consumer to me. He also told me that this Tavern pizza is not new it is the thin crust, so why lie to the consumer??? I thought it was different because there are holes in the crust, which make it more like a cracker crust than a thin crust. He assured me it was not new at all. Well now I really don't feel good about anything. Needless to say, I haven't ordered from them in who knows how long, maybe a year or longer, and I won't be ordering anytime soon. They really are not very nice or helpful, and to blame me and argue with me, and talking over me, well that is the kind of service I DO NOT NEED!!!

This was some of the best pizza I’ve ever had, pizza is a gift. And pizza from this dang restaurant is a fortune. We were also given choice afterwards! Fully recommend!

Jenny took my phone order at the Lagrange restaurant. She was very sweet, patient, and had good phone etiquette. I had to ask her name when I was done ordering bc she provided EXCEPTIONAL CUSTOMER SERVICE. Thanks, Jenny, for a great phone order experience!
