We have made the trip from the Peru area by boat almost every Saturday this summer. We enjoy the outside seating, the food, the friendly staff and the price. The owner and his family have worked hard to make this establishment a unique and inviting environment. We have tried many items off the menu and have loved every single one of them. The $8 caprese salad had 7 small tomato slices. $14 nachos looked like a $6 serving portion. Locals seemed a bit hoity-toity and loud, maybe weren’t conscientious of what they were saying like “Wabash is a different crowd of people.” Owner and bartenders seemed nice except for our bill getting lost and them running someone else’s card for it. It has so much potential but unfortunately we won’t be returning. 🙁
Disappointing food presentation and quality. Unfortunate for small, local businesses. I hope changes are made for future customers.
