Kelcy at A Slice of Heaven Cakery was recommended to us by our wedding planner for our wedding cake and we are so grateful for the recommendation. Kelcy took time to meet with us to talk about what we were looking for in a wedding cake and we got to do a few taste tests. We chose a layered caked and sheet cake with different flavors since we loved everything we tried. The imitation almond, vanilla, and chocolate chip flavors were amazing and our guests loved the cake too!
First of all, I am not a cake person. Cakes are not my favorite thing, but this place won me over. I really enjoy all of their creations, but especially their white almond cake. If they can make me greatly enjoy and seek them out for parties and events (including my own wedding), you know, they must be doing something right.
Everything about this cake was amazing!!!! It looks exactly like the picture I sent her. The colors are on point, tastes amazing and wasn't dry. It was super affordable and everyone at the party was raving about it. I will definitely be coming back for more cakes!!!I would score this place:10/10 for communication10/10 for looks10/10 for taste10/10 for being on time!!!!
