Horrible horrible horrible go to a different one cause they won’t remake your stuff nor will they get it correctly and with food prices the way they are here lately all of can say is make my order correctly or just shut down at this point guess I’ll be driving the extra 5 miles to go get icecream cause everytime I go to this one they mess my order up from the onion rings to the icecream and they are never busy so how do you mess up an order that you don’t have to rush on I don’t get it.

I am trying to get in contact with this restaurant. I have called over 10 times and it’s just ringing. My mobile order placed today went to the wrong restaurant and I will not be picking it up. I need a refund.

I stopped by the Dairy Queen on Franklin Street in Indianapolis to try their hot wings. The portion size was good—enough for a meal or to share. The wings were crispy on the outside, though the inside was slightly less tender than I expected. The sauce had a nice spicy kick, not too overwhelming but flavorful enough to satisfy if you like moderate heat. Pricing is reasonable for fast food.
The location is clean, and the staff were friendly and efficient. Parking can be a little tight during peak hours, so plan accordingly. The seating area could use some updates for comfort, but overall it’s family-friendly and welcoming. If you’re in the area craving wings and a quick Dairy Queen treat, this spot is a solid choice.

This is the greatest Dairy Queen that I have found throughout Indianapolis! The customer service here is top notch, I don't care what anyone says, treat these lovely people with respect. The whole community loves this location. 🤙🏼

I just went to DQ to get a large ice cream cone for $5.33. I handed the cashier lady a twenty dollar bill, she handed me back my change and I went home. By that time I hadn’t realized she gave me $10.67 in change shorting me $4. Im not mad at this, it’s just sad to see broke people stealing from others.

On the way to the hospital with my daughter dlwith food poisoning from a chicken basket. The last two times this month the food was wrong. The new owners barely understand English.

I've had hot dogs. I have had hamburgers and I have had there. Ice cream treats over the course of a couple weeks and I will say this is a very good place to take your family.
