The staff is friendly in my experiences, but thats about it. They only get my order right half the time, and recently theyve been locking the lobby without it even being posted (3pm on my last attempted visit).If your gonna make me waste gas (when its not even cold out) when i live a 5 min walk away just to get food that MIGHT be made right, im just going somewhere else and not wasting my time on this place.

Do not go here every time I come through here either they're rude or they always get my order wrong and the price is way overpriced. I live right close to it so I like to go there often but I'm done going here. I'm sick of having to always drive back for them to fix my order to get it wrong again to go back again for them just to get it wrong again and then they're always rude.

This dairy queen is the worst of them all. The one on Pendleton Pike by the rallies is way better and actually friendly. They have employee named PJ who is so rude. Doesn't say hi, bye, or even thank you. He got my order wrong one day so I went in and said hey buddy, you forgot a cheeseburger, and he said I didn't forget anything. Even though he was the one running the drive-through. He seems like he hates his job. He talks very little and is so rude. Then about a week ago, I went there and the young genius working there left his mic on while I was in the drive-through and said this is that dude that snapped on Pj for not saying high or bye. I just did a DoorDash order and they can't even get a simple thing like onions on my chili cheese dog right and they charge you for them. I know the manager will probably say something to me about this and say sorry but your sorry mmeans nothing here. I now drive all the way to the Pendleton Pike one which is 4 miles from my house when this one on Franklin Road is half a mile from my house. They have the worst employees. It's fast food and they can't even get it right and on top of not getting it right they treat you like you shouldn't be there.

I had 2 order with the same name just different address and one of the addresses never got the ice cream

They close an hour before there closing time every day and who ever they have in the drive-thru during the day is an extremely rude and disrespectful. All four times I've been there and he's been in a drive-thru. Always the same. Irritable moody on tolerable hateful person. And they always get my order wrong ather than one time and they lady was really nice.
