My coworker and I order from Jacks almost every other night. This particular night we placed an order at 10:26pm while on our break. We waited in the parking lot for about 30mins before Kenya called and informed us she couldn’t complete the order because they were “cleaning” to close. We then asked to speak to the general manager, Kenya then informed us she was the general manager. In which we know is false because, again.. We’re normal customers. I called the next day to speak to the general manager, I was placed on hold and then informed that a man by the name of “Mike” would “investigate” then give me a call. We have yet to hear from someone.

I placed an order 45 mins before closing. Kenya called to inform me she couldn’t complete my order, even after I sat out in the parking lot and waited for my order. I then asked to speak to someone over Kenya, Kenya then informs me she’s the general manager. In which, I know she’s not. I order from Jacks along w/ my coworkers every other night we’re on shift. Kenya was extremely unprofessional for her to be someone’s “manager.” I spent my break going back and forth instead of receiving my food on a 30 minute break that I had. Mike didn’t follow up and I would much rather receive a number to corporate.

Tried to use a coupon sent in the mail on Christmas Eve and the employee on the phone said the code on it didn't work. No management available to fix the issue, seems like a bait and switch to get customers to pay full price. Won't bother trying to order here again.

This is my third pizza within the last 6 months ordering from this location. When paying 30 to 40.$$ and there is very little or no effect being made when preparing a pizza the presentation is lacking I like Jack and will be choosing a new location to order from.

Went to jacks around 3:30 pm my pizza fell on the ground when I took it out of the car at home. I had a hole at the bottom of the box. Called back at Jack's they replaced my pizza with no problem. The pizza was delicious. The staff was very nice. Thank you guys!

If you're looking for a topping heavy pizza, you have to give Jack's Pizza a try. If you're a fan of pizza eggs, this pizza was designed to fit the bill.
It's a shame that my pizza took 2 hours to get to me! One employee gave a time of 1 hour and 25min, I called back to see where my pizza was and a different employee gave me a time of 1 hour and 45min. Now which one is it? Nevertheless, it didnt get to me until 8:15pm and I put my order in at 5:45pm. Not to mention the ranch cups were not full! I've been going to this location for years and it seems to be declining more and more! Jack's Pizza off Pendleton Pike, you got to start doing better.

Pizza was excellent. Problem was person that was making the pizza not wearing gloves while handing food or hair net. The person said when asked about this said that they did not have to wear gloves or net because the ovens are hot enough to kill any germs.

Do not ever order from here. Took 3 hours to get delivered. Pizza taste was horrible and had the appearance of a giant Lunchable. Pizza also was covered in hair absolutely diabolical. Induced vomiting after finding multiple slices with hair in them. I had to wash my mouth out with irish springs afterwards.
