It's a shame that my pizza took 2 hours to get to me! One employee gave a time of 1 hour and 25min, I called back to see where my pizza was and a different employee gave me a time of 1 hour and 45min. Now which one is it? Nevertheless, it didnt get to me until 8:15pm and I put my order in at 5:45pm. Not to mention the ranch cups were not full! I've been going to this location for years and it seems to be declining more and more! Jack's Pizza off Pendleton Pike, you got to start doing better.

Pizza was excellent. Problem was person that was making the pizza not wearing gloves while handing food or hair net. The person said when asked about this said that they did not have to wear gloves or net because the ovens are hot enough to kill any germs.

Do not ever order from here. Took 3 hours to get delivered. Pizza taste was horrible and had the appearance of a giant Lunchable. Pizza also was covered in hair absolutely diabolical. Induced vomiting after finding multiple slices with hair in them. I had to wash my mouth out with irish springs afterwards.

I visited this location for the first time and was disappointed with the food and the price I paid. I normally frequent the Purdue and Greenwood locations and they are exceptional. I asked for a small meat-or with extra pizza sauce, cheese and sausage, with two sides of cheese that was almost forgotten if I didn’t request it but as you can tell from the pictures I didn’t receive it in the slightest. I work hard for my money so it’s disappointing to not receive what I paid for…the only saving grace about this location was the young woman who took my order over the phone and the gentleman that cashed me out. They were both nice and patient with me in this heat. So I made sure to tip them. That will be my first and last trip there I will just travel to where I know will give me what I ask for.

I am writing because I would like some one from above store management to reach out. The manager on duty, is horrible and nasty. She just hung up on me after saying she would give the gm my information, but never took it. She got mad because I told her, her attitude was nasty. U could hear in her voice from the time she picked up the phone.She called the police on us for trying to diffuse her attitude and we have it on video. Spent $60 on pizzas that ended up being trash and they were made incorrectly. I have stopped patronizing this location just because of the quality of the pizza had gone down. Now not only quality but customer service is -10. I want a refund and would like an apology. (Due to her responses and attitude, im sure she wont) But u definitely have to have to have better ppl in place to represent your business. She is an african american heavy set about 5'6 light skinned girl wearing glasses. On top of the pizzas being old they were made incorrectly. How do u get old pizzas and you stood waiting on them entire time. From order placement to handoff. Please reach out to me ASAP. I will continue to reach out until contacted.

I ordered half pepperoni and half sausage with extra cheese....barely got any cheese. Hour and a half wait time for delivery and when the pizza got here it was ice cold. I called and complained and because I had complained one other time in the past they refused to make it right. Called this morning and talked to a manger who proceeded to tell me that I was no longer allowed to have delivery....only pick up and no refund. Won't ever order from there again

I ordered extra sauce. I didn't see much sauce on there. I want to love this place. This is the second time. With the amount you pay, you should at least be able to see a bit of sauce on the crust. I'd even give up one of the toppings to taste the sauce.

Pizza is great. Service is ridiculous. I visited the Lawrence location on Pendleton Pike. With 2 employees on a Sunday night, after ordering and confirming our our order that was placed to come back to missing an order of 12 wings that supposed to already placed after asking the sweet lady taking our order, we had to wait. Great fine ok gotta wait.. but watching a young gentleman turn a way 3 people that wanted to order was just crazy! His attitude was cringing to the point I had to leave and come back without saying a word. Jack's is great a little over priced but hey we love to eat out I get it a service offered late night.. you gotta pay but watching people get turned down while I'm order a second order of wings( that I already confirmed with my first order) is bu!!shit. For real hire Better customer service people especially if the doors are open.

Ordered at 7p, didn't come til 9p. Called back at 9p to tell them I didn't get what I paid for AND the pizza had toppings I didn't ask for and that my kids are allergic to! The kid that claimed to be the manager got smart and was disrespectful! It's bad enough the pizza is ridiculously expensive but to have kids working there that have no manners and don't care about the health of my kids is pathetic!! And I can't get my money back 🤬
