Pizza was Fresh and Hot when recieved.Topping on my pizza was not for the Faint of Heart. When I say topping I mean Plenty of topping. Haven't had Jack's for some time but I will be returning soon.

Everyone was nice. But the food was bad. I put the order in online at 530pm, to be ready at 7 PM. I get there at 7 and it's not even in the oven. We wait like almost 30 minutes. Then they don't have my wings. They tell me that a girl quit and must have taken them with her. So I have to wait another 10 minutes for them. We get home and the Mac and cheese was dry, overcooked, brown, and crunchy. The pizza was also overcooked to the point it was dry. We didn't even finish it and pizza never goes to waste in my house. I have teenagers! So not only did it take a long time, the food was bad. Not one thing was bad. A lot was bad. The breadsticks were somehow raw and old and overdone tasting all at once. I have a big family and when I spend nearly $150 on food, order it 90 minutes early, and then wait an additional 45 minutes for it to be done, it should at least be good.

Always love going to Jacks. Jacks always brings me heavenly childhood memories. I don’t know what Jacks puts on there pizza, but outside of Chicagos Original Pizza, Jacks has it going on.Dietary restrictions: I prefer hamburger over pork and Jacks never lets me down. And they have the perfect garden to run it through ?
Jack's Pizza used to be really good but now it has changed the crust is a doughier than it used to be. When you get it you have to throw in the oven for a few minutes.

The pizza is good, but is pricey. Please do not order without knowing the price before you get off the phone. Call up there drunk, not knowing and you will find out. Your total is $68.73. Jokes on you. The front area is small, so stand and wait your turn. And if you hear/see the employees in the back going at it, stand clear and keep your comments to yourself. We don't know what they go through, nor what they got on their mind.

Used to be great. Since the pandemic, the crust is thinner and they're skimpy on the cheese and the toppings. Shame 'cause we used to eat there all the time. I'd pay more to have it back the way it was.

This place has steadily gone downhill over time. It’s at the point now that I just can’t order from them anymore. The last 3 times I’ve ordered the order has been wrong. When I’ve called to complain I was hung up on. This last time the order was wrong the lady said “I can give you a credit but we don’t give out free food” I’m in disbelief. YOU messed my order up and took my money but you don’t give out free food!?!?! I will never order from this location again and will advise EVERYONE to do the same. To make matters worse the ladies at the counter are in dire need of customer service training before they run off more customers!

quality toppings and worth every penny since I was a teen!! a little costly but worth it if you love 'adult' pizza and are a great pizza lover. they could really start using coupons and a rewards program. never any decent coupons for 30 years now and no marketing, but they don't have to. The pizza speaks for itself, price and all.Vegetarian options: big selection of veggie toppings and pineapple. the veggie pizza and mushroom + pineapple are delicious! I order half vegetarian for my pescatarian daughter. it's all good!
