We placed a Door Dash order through the Taco Bell app and ended up missing half of our order, likely due to a missing bag. Timothy, the manager on duty, was extremely helpful when we called and explained the situation. He was able to provide us with a solution and even took extra time to follow up with us later on.

Horrible, no taste, I ordered that cantina chicken bowl, Waldo where's the chicken, the little chicken it had was old, ugh, don't go here, worst Taco bell ever.

They don’t even know how to add sauce to your DoorDash order they’re rude and every time I order from them, it’s wrong. Do not go to this Tacobell.
Just did a mobile order in the drive-thru. Food came out quick and hot and young guy in the window was super nice and respectful

I loved the food and atmosphere great customer service ,I just cannot shake what I witnessed the other day what these employees are going threw the grumpy lady in the back screaming rudely at them and they give nothing but excellence booo to her she needs to learn how to talk to people let that have been one of my children .

So 6/12 around 8pm went to Taco Bell & paid $30 for 6 items 2 drinks but for the price… food was horrible nacho fries soggy, 🤢 chalupas were extremely hard & stale, 🤮 it was very much so upsetting & the pricing ridiculous omg😩 will never eat here again, so so disappointed.

Went here at 3:10am this huge big whale light skin ginormous dog face with barely enough hair to scoop up in a ponytail was upset she applied for a 24 hour job with an attitude rushed me out of the drive through please do better when hiring trash

You’re better off going to another location, this one is 4 minutes from my house but everytime I go they are either out of items or the product is trash. The attitude can be summed up as if you’re doing THEM a favor smh. You’d expect more from a multi- million dollar organization in quality but this location fails constantly unlike their neighboring companions… I’ll just start to drive further is I actually want to EAT my food and make sure it’s edible and not been sitting for hours like this locations nasty nacho fries. Might be time to wipe the slate and start over, or just close this location altogether.

My work buddies and I stopped in for a quick lunch yesterday 4/9/25 around 12pm. I have to say to all 4 of us, the young Hailey girl was amazing. Though we all could hear someone in the back clearly yelling at her or someone else in the back area where the food is made. This girl put a smile on her face and made our day the best. We asked if everyone is ok and she smiled and told us all was well and that she was sorry we had to hear all of that. “we are here to make our guests happy can I offer you all a refill or something else to fix this” we said no can we offer you help. She smiled again and said all was great.
Staff like this is why we will be back. It definitely was not the cold food and not the yelling coming from the boss in the back room. It’s not good to yell at staff the way this lady was yelling at whomever she was yelling at. Clearly was the manager yelling at her employees for not taking out trash or something like that.

To the manager. You need to learn how to talk to your staff and if customers are in the store don’t yell at your staff. As a Forman I try not to yell at my staff at all. I get in there and show them how it is done. Yelling “ do I need to start writing people up for small shit” is not the way to go. Maybe corporate can offer you some training on how to effectively and efficiently motivate and manage your staff.
Good service and clean. Glad we got off the highway here for our stop. Even the bathroom was spotless.
