They always mess something up in my order

CO2 was out on drinks. Instead of checking and having someone fix the drinks, kept offering different drinks when we're staying it's not the ice. It's the carbonation. Had to get a freezie instead. Most places send someone to go fix it otherwise youll have more then one complaint. Felt rushed.

Sign on the front door states they open at 7am. I pull up at 8:49am on December 4 2024 to order some breakfast and no one ever speaks to me through the speaker. Not only that, they have a tv screen for a menu and it wasn’t even on. Definitely bad business and I won’t waste my time next time to even try

Went and ordered the #9 and then when I got to the window he rung up the #8 then handed me the bag of food that was wrong anyways and asked me to come inside to fix it cuz I had came through the drive thru with my kid that I didn’t want to take out of the car so I pull around and go to go inside and then he tells me he needs the bag of food he just gave me to do the refund.. the #8 is 3 DORITOS tacos and I literally got 3 regular soft taco supremes and a cheese roll up for $12.73. Total rip off. I could have ordered 3 soft tacos and a cheese roll up for way cheaper… I didn’t even get my Mexican pizza that I was wanting…

Probably this taco bell is not own by taco bell as we met a worker there today and after ordering our stuff in drive thru when we got our order. We asked for some extra sauces and she was like we dont provide extra sauces as we have policies for all orders that we can only provide 3 sauces for each item and also she mentioned that others provide extra sauces but we dont because it was owned by Miss Kim !

I hate this taco bell with every fiber of my being nobody that works there cares at all. They had no lettuce I ordered online they make my order which is a bunch of tacos don't even tell me they're out of lettuce I get home open up the bag to a bunch of empty tacos. They mess something up every order and they can't order product correctly because they're always out of things. Go to post don't to here. They're so terrible it's laughable. You people are pathetic.

Just threw my food together first of all and there's so much more lettuce than meat smh just gonna give up on it, never again, I'm just gonna start fasting and going to bed hungry after I work all day instead of continuing to be offended by my food and the service and with what this trash costs now yea I'll just starve.

Cashier was rude, service was slow and food was dry and tasted old. I will always drive the extra bit to the Washington St location from now on. I’ve never had bad service there, but this location has just gotten worse and worse. Also, food service pro tip, don’t throw the bag at your customer and argue about what they ordered with them when the receipt is right there.

This AI order taking is awful and off putting

Must be very understaffed. I was here about 1015 pm and pulled up with 1 car at the window and 1 car ordering.
3-5 minutes later, the car ordering pulled up. The person on the intercom said "Please wait. I'll be with you in a few minutes." I waited 3-5 minutes and asked "Did you still need a few minutes?" "Yes, I promise I'll be with you when I'm ready."
Meanwhile, 4 cars had pulled in behind me and all of them backed out of the drive through and left.
The car in front of me pulled away and after about 15-20 seconds of nothing on the speaker with no cars ahead of me, I just drove away.
Similar has happened at several different locations recently.
Apparently all of Taco Bell's price hikes are not going to staffing or training!
They messed up my order. That's not a problem, it happens. The problem came when I called to let them know about it. Instead of a quick apology and trying to make it right, the cashier was clearly irritated with me. They left off my Cinnamon twists and sauces. His response was "So... JUST the cinnamon twists?" First off, even if it was JUST the cinnamon twists, I paid for those and didn't get them. Second, I ordered 10 tacos and got no sauce, that's a lot of dry tacos. I went back up for my sauces and twists and he was again clearly irritated with me. In the end, I was given a half full bag of cinnamon twists, no apology for anything and a very negative experience. We just moved out here, and will definitely be using a different taco bell in the future.
