Every single time I order Cinnamon Twists, Taco Bell puts the bag upside down in the order. By the time I open it, they’re crushed and spilled all over the bottom of the bag like packing peanuts. It’s not complicated — they’re light, fragile, and clearly marked which side is up. If you’re going to charge for a side, at least put it in the bag correctly. Super frustrating and completely avoidable.

They bumped our order of the screen, it never got made. Finally got our food 20 minutes later. I totally understand mistakes happen. But there was NO APOLOGIES, even gave attitude like it was our fault.
A sincere apology goes a long way.
But there never was one.
Their lack of concern was maddening.

Came in for lunch and i ordered my tacos from the kiosk. I selected Diablo sauce for my order. They were particularly slow during this visit i was the only order and there was no one in the drive thru. I got 4 Doritos taco supremes. I received my food and they didn't put not one diablo pack in the bag. All mild and hot. Smh but they had a condiment station that had a full bin of Diablo packets. The tacos were good like always but highly sloppily put together every taco was broken into multiple pieces with tomatoes every where but on the Taco. I had to eat the tacos with a fork because it was more like eating nachos than tacos. I also noticed that their prices are getting up there too. Almost 4$ a taco and some are higher than that. Ive been to real Mexican restaurants and had authentic Mexican tacos that were cheaper. But all in all its taco bell,so you kinda know what you're getting into and after you eat it there's always a slight disappointment you feel knowing you could of went somewhere else and had better. I also got a water and the soda dispensary definitely needs a deep cleaning.

As I overheard them, they forgot or did not notice my order and so i waited 30 minutes for a small order. It was 9:20 so there were no cars or other customers. When I got home (24 minutes away) I found the order was made incorrectly and not edible due to allergies. Whatever, I get things happen. When I called, they said they cannot refund me unless I went back there, even with a receipt number. So I had to throw $25 away and my time. Very frustrating.

Not worth paying money for. 30 minutes on a drive through order. Plenty of orders were sent out after I was asked to pull around after waiting in the lobby. Then they act like they did absolutely nothing wrong as far as communication goes. Find another Taco Bell to go to.

Most of my fiancé’s chicken was hard and he said he felt like it was old. And my quesadilla.. let me just put a picture. What the hell is this, why is it cut horribly. The only thing saving this place is the people were nice.

We placed a Door Dash order through the Taco Bell app and ended up missing half of our order, likely due to a missing bag. Timothy, the manager on duty, was extremely helpful when we called and explained the situation. He was able to provide us with a solution and even took extra time to follow up with us later on.

Horrible, no taste, I ordered that cantina chicken bowl, Waldo where's the chicken, the little chicken it had was old, ugh, don't go here, worst Taco bell ever.
