I went it took me at least 25 minutes for somebody to attend me then I went to get a drink at the fountain. I got the Baja blast and it didn’t even taste like it was like soda. It was like very flat.

Taco bell has again taken away another reason to go there. They keep getting rid of items, and raising the price on everything else. The dollar menu is now a 3 dollar menu, minus the chicken Chipotle grilled ranch burrito. Still no dr pepper, still having to use a kiosk to order and pay. Still no way to obtain a receipt unless you sign up for their text or email service. And they no longer layer the burritos, they just plop it all in so there's no eveness in your bite. First bite is all one ingredient, and so on. What a shame taco bell.

I ordered the chicken chalupa deluxe box, and they forgot to put the chicken chalupa in the bag. ?. I guess I have to go back to checking the bag in the parking lot....

Service was ridiculously terrible. My order total was only $7.47, but the drive thru charged me $35+ for another order. They said we have to issue a refund to the card but we cannot give you a receipt. That did not make any sense, and I waited to talk to the GM. Who's name is Nate. He was very rude and had a big attitude with me when I asked for a receipt. Then I asked him his store number and he proceeded to give me more attitude. He was not helping the situation. He was escalating it. If you see a guy named Nate at that store; he won't help you if you have any problems with your orders.

Trash. They never can get the order correct. I’m pretty sure they haven’t changed the fry oil in years the chips taste HORRIBLE. It took 4 tries last night and still couldn’t get my order correct.
