I ordered a 10-piece nugget meal with a bacon & cheese potato and a strawberry lemonade. The food arrived cold even though I live very close. They didn’t give me 10 nuggets, none of the sauces I requested, and they completely left out my potato. The only thing done right was the drink.
I rarely go to Wendy’s, but every time I’ve tried this location, the food quality and service have been disappointing. At this point, either shut this location down or hire staff who care. I do not recommend this place.

If you want some good food at better prices, can't do any better than Wendy's. Especially with their 1 dollar menu sale. Dont know exactly how long it will last but I'm able to get my honey chicken sandwiches in the morning for 1 dollar, exactly $2.12 after taxes for 2. Can't give a 5 star rating on atmosphere as I don't normally dine in at Wendy's.

The person working the drive through at this specific location was very rude. She tried to tell us that our mobile order was located at a different place, she then tried to say our mobile order said lobby pick up and when we tried to show her the confirmation she looked at us like we were crazy and closed the window. We waited for the order which ended up being the WRONG ORDER. Had to go inside to get the right order which had just been sitting there melting. No apologies from any of the staff. The lady working the drive through and the lady who gave us the order were both very rude. This was on 7/9/2025 a little after 6pm.

They really don't try help you here. When you finally do get their attention at the counter they will give the attitude that your interrupting their day in the worst way and as I ate there it was comsitay with every person after me They are incredibly rude. The baked potato was good but it was just a potato, no tricks involved. It was a clean place though although I won't be spending anymore Cash here that's for sure.

Mobile orders aren't intended as tools to make customers wait unnecessarily. If I wanted to park and wait in a curbside spot, I would have ordered curbside. Instead, I ordered for drive-thru. So pulling me to the side, and making me wait, was unnecessary.
