This location is gross. The bathrooms are disgusting the kitchen looks terrible, and when waiting in line lady asked if I was waiting. I told her I was waiting to order and she just turned around and ignored me absolutely crazy nonsense. Not sure if she didn’t hear or what but she saw me standing there. Ridiculous. Never have I felt so unwelcome in a restaurant.

Normally they do not get your order wrong. My issue is that this Arbys seriously scams on the meat when it comes to their original roast beef‘s or their beef and cheddars especially every time there’s a sale you think you’re getting the original roast beef or the original beef and cheddar and you’re not you’re getting, the junior size of it and that’s not what it’s about. If you’re advertising a sale for a particular product, it should actually be that particular product. It seems to me like their prices have gone up and the value has gone down and there not worth the $ sadly enough

I asked for 2 gyros. I even said one of those with no lettuce, tomato or onion and I still only got 1. Luckily I checked bag and got the other one before I pulled away. This was after sitting in drive thru for quite some time.
