This location seems to mess something up every time we go. I can recall a time where I asked for a matcha latte, cold, and received a hot one. Then, when I told the employees, they just dumped it in ice. It tasted weird. Or sometimes if I order something hot, they make my coffee and just forget my food. The employees, however, are always kind.

Great place to stop for an afternoon coffee and a donut to split with my spouse. Service was a little slow so they threw in an extra donut for free. That was a nice thought and recognition of the customer's wait. I commend them for that. Food and drink were great. We will be back

Amazing customer service by everyone there! Very friendly atmosphere. As I was leaving I left my drink on top of my car and one of the workers ran over to inform me that I left my drink. Very helpful and kind staff as well as amazing coffee!

Plus, their coffee is delicious! This particular time I ordered a large Caramel Craze Iced Signature Latte with liquid cane sugar added which is always a good choice. It only costed me about 5 dollars and some change. ?
