Placed an order at the counter. The man who took the order seemed nice. I ordered a double classic combo among other combos. We waited about 15 minutes and had no food. Went to the counter to see about it. The food had been made and was just sitting there.... hard telling how long. The guy saw me and asked what I needed, I replied, "My food. "... get it to the table, and my burger was a single. I take it back up the counter to get it fixed. He acted like I was lying but "fixed"it anyway... by just tossing another pattie on the sandwich that had already been sitting... doubt I'll be back for a long while even though I work close by.

Went around 930am Saturday, Dec. 21. Food was great. There was 1 cook and 1 lady doing front/drive thru. I felt so bad for them, working as fast as the could. Some people dining in ended up walking out. A manager or owner should have been there helping. These 2 need a raise ASAP!

I found a long hair in my chicken sandwich when taking a bite. When ordering, I saw a guy washing out the trash can behind the building without gloves on then saw him in the drink area also without gloves. I don’t believe this place is very sanitary and I will never go here again.
Ordered a Frisco burger and the 1st one was cold and not toasted. I asked for another one and please toast the bun. Second one hot and fresh but no toasted bun. Very unhappy and I will officially never come back
