First room the windows didn’t lock and the bushes were coming in. The bed wasn’t comfortable either.
The second floor room that we switched to was not worth the money we paid to stay there. The carpet was all up from the floor, as in not flat on the floor, the chair had thick dust on it. The windows yet again were not locked and we had to try to get them closed, there were multiple big spiders in our room (🤮😳), there was a old napkin under our sheet, super gross, thick dust on the curtains. No breakfast served in the hotel for the price. A lot of guest smoking outside the door and you had to walk through it, so nasty. Very minimal parking for hotel guests. We went to the casino Friday afternoon and the entrance from the hotel to the casino was so disgusting. The horrific smell of cigarettes was extremely disgusting, causing us headaches. The smoking smell is so unbearable. I would never recommend this hotel or casino to anyone ever! The bed wasn’t comfortable either so uncomfortable and hurting our backs. It’s a very dirty place and definitely NOT worth the money you spend to stay there. When checking out I told the person at the desk that we had multiple spiders in our room. The person didn’t seem to care or be apologetic just implied they hated spiders. Yeah us too super gross.

Our favorite casino! It's huge, big variety of slot machines. They always have opening on the table games! The blackjack dealers are all super friendly. Free soft drinks and a great inexpensive restaurant right in the middle of the casino. The hotel rooms are nice and clean. Highly recommend!

There needs to be a ROOM for non smokers!!! Having a section does nothing because the whole room smells like cigarettes and that's disgusting 🤢🤮 That smell gets into your clothes and hair and makes your chest heavy and hard to breathe. I don't recommend this Casino if you don't smoke Cigarettes. It should be called Smoker's Casino instead of Hollywood Casino cause ain't nothing glitz or glam just alot of cigarettes.

NICE hotel. Very comfortable beds! SUPER good gaming tables!! Slots comfortably spread out not packed in. Clean and fun Las Vegas style. Had a great time gambling! Won some Lost some lol came out even . Great restaurants! Downside is: sitting in lounge while band is playing two long lines of people needing drinks flank the stage. Often goes all the way out into the casino! We ended up leaving because the line was crowding us out of our table and we couldn’t see the band. *Not a place for folks sensitive to tobacco.. smoking allowed every where.

If you’re looking for a poker tournament don’t waste your time. Hollywood Casino decided to eliminate tournaments after they moved their poker room to a nice location. They’ve lost most of their dealers to Hard Rock. That’s too bad as I always enjoyed going there.
The hotel was very dirty. Coffee grounds left in coffee pot, dead bug on floor, toilet dirty, dust everywhere. No apology and no offer for discount. Sent email with complaint and no reply. Will not be back. Will stay with Caesars properties or Four Winds!
