Usually the food and service is good but tonight the chicken did not taste like KFC products. Tasted like they needed to change the oil. Been better to get kroger or Walmart chicken.

Just got an order of mashed potatoes with white gravy (choice of 3 types of gravies per drive thru order sign). Girl took order and asked me if I said white gravy. I confirmed. Read order back to me and again verified the white gravy. Again I said yes. They were quick to deliver the order. They were friendly. Get home 20 minutes later and find it's brown gravy. The family was bummed after I said I would get white gravy. All I ordered was a large mashed potato with white gravy. You scored 50%.

food is good. people suck. older lady was rude and got annoyed at us for no reason and we waited for awhile because she shut the door on us and just walked away. so i left without the right drink and wanted to pay for more sauces.

I can't rate the atmosphere as I Doordashed my order. The prices of chicken were a little bigger than last time I went to KFC. Just as yummy as I remembered. Why don't they hust served fried skin? That's the best part!

Store is not efficiently run. They are without key ingredients prepared so customers have to wait for them to cook. More store is not busy but they had no chicken nuggets prepared when I came to pick up my order and now we have to wait for them to cook. This is a DoorDash order so they had it before I arrived, but didn’t start making it until I was here.
I was really disappointed in the meals. The chicken was over cooked in old grease. Gas a poster for country fried steak and in small words it said in Wednesday only right under the price so I thought it was that price in Wednesdays. Nope only sell on Wednesdays.
