Has to be the worst McDonald's around. Everything I've been there, fries warm at best no salt, hash browns over cooked, and sausage patties burnt. Funny how they give you a link to talk and help resolve the issues. Then when you click on the link it goes to a blank screen. Then the link disappears. So I would not fo rorhis McDonald's. Management, well owners don't care. Plus higher than harrison and batesville.

I have been to restaurants all around the United States and in almost every fifty states, and I've never had the worst tasting food ever. Everything is always cold. And they mess the order up of every single time. One thing is I get Honey Mustard every single time I order Hot Mustard. I havent had hot food from there, especially fries, in over a year. I have ordered from them over and over again. No more. Go down the hill to Harrison. Cause this place is a joke and so are its workers. You can't even find a phone number for this place on the internet, so you can't call and tell them that they messed up your food. And good luck in the app, because it kicks you out of it every time. No wonder this place never improves because no one can complain properly. Horrible.

Cashier kept my change and and then forgot to give me a sweet and sour sauce and I came back around through the drive-thru and then try to charge me $1.25 when I already had nuggets and never received the first one

This has to be the absolute worst location in this area, I have issues every time I come here, but today was the final time I will be coming here. I pull up to the box and say that I have an online order and give my name, an employee mumbled something that sounded like “your good” so I proceed to pull up and get told I had to pay so I let him know that I was prepaid online, he hands me the wrong order and I tell him that it’s not mine, he tells me that I never said anything at the box and then goes into the back with the window still open using foul language and calling me “retarded” acting like it’s my fault that he couldn’t open his ears at the box. As well as I get home to find a hair in my burger, I ended up throwing everything away. If you are wanting McDonald’s I would avoid this location and go to Greendale or even Aurora.
