Every time I go inside no one ever comes to the counter to take my order. I'm currently eating old over cooked fries and cold nuggets. At least my Mcdouble is OK. You're better off going any place else!

Went to the Lawrenceburg indiana McDonald's today. Waited in line (inside) to order my food about 15 minutes.ordered my food it was the wrong order. So I sent my son in because he is more patient than me. (The manager ,we think it was a older lady) was verbally abusive to the cashier. She called her an idiot (the cashier was new and they did say they are understaffed. ) that is very bad behavior no one deserves to be called an idiot and cussed at especially a new employee. That was so unprofessional and uncalled for. Hopefully this young lady walked out and quit. This manager should be fired that is so unprofessional. The poor cashier was so upset, She did get my order wrong but didn't deserve that. If you are that short staffed and can't keep up with the number of customers and the service is this bad close until you are fully staffed and can treat employees better.

Ordered online. Still took 30 minutes. Once I got there to get my food the boy that's supposed to be running the register had an attitude dropped. Most of my change on the floor refused to pick it up and hand it to me. Couldn't get any help at all but on previous times that I've been there, the drive-thru staff is extremely friendly and helpful
Came thru around 9pm and it looked closed all exterior lights and mcdonald's sign was off. Looked online and they didn't close till 11pm, but I had already pulled into frishes. Called while in line there, and they were open just didn't turn on sign

I don't give 5 stars easily, and I never expected to give one to a McDonald's of all things. But this place deserves it.
The kiosks all worked, all of the fountain drinks were working and they had a good variety of choices. The lids and straws were in good supply. They had plenty of salt, pepper, and ketchup packets. But they also had a working ketchup dispenser and plenty of sauce cups. Even their napkins were full.
When I ordered I got given my drink cups immediately and promptly got my food soon after. The server and person who took my money was nice.
I got the correct amount (10) of nuggets and plenty of fries in the large fry, as well as 2 sauce cups for myself. I had my sisters happy meal order as well, she got a 6 piece and substituted the apple slices for fries. They actually gave her the extra fry. (And a toy she'd yet to get. But I wouldn't base my reviews on that.)
It was a calm and welcoming environment and was very clean and well kept. The prices are like every other McDonald's are, which is reasonable, and cheaper on the app.
Even the bathrooms were clean and smelt decent.

Parking: Pull in where ever you can or want. LOL
Kid-friendliness: They talk with the kids, no play area.

Every time I go here after dayshift has left I'm told there cleaning the frappe machine. Why the hell are you tareing down a machine at 530 in the evening and quit selling frappes when your open till midnight how pathetic.
