If s customer tells you nicely they are missing something before they drive off, don't question them rudely. Then don't fail to apologize for the error, instead expect me to pull around for the item you forgot so your driver thru time is ok..no. that's not ok. And shutting the window in my face when I politely declined was way out of line! I would have pulled forward if first off she had asked me and not told me to pull up with NO apology for the error or if they had been making me some special large order. They pull me forward often here for just a coffee and I end up waiting a second time . Each time i do pull up and I'm always polite. I declined once and the girl got nasty with me and shut the window in my face . This was around 939/ 945 pm at the Lawrenceburg location on 06/03/2025.
I'm very disappointed. I usually don't have issues or complaints .. kinda bummed me out 😕

Got yelled in the face because I was confused why my mobile order was taking more than 30 minutes. Would not recommend mobile ordering from this location. This is my third bad experience with mobile ordering from this location.

I waited in line patiently, decided we were going to finally order something other than their $5 meal deal. We ordered two deluxe mccrispy meals and our sandwiches had barely anything on them. The chicken patty on it was harder than a rock. Very unhappy.

The burger builder doesn’t know how to read or needs glasses. But at least they salt their fries and had my order ready quickly instead of asking me to pull forward.

Every time I go inside no one ever comes to the counter to take my order. I'm currently eating old over cooked fries and cold nuggets. At least my Mcdouble is OK. You're better off going any place else!

40 minutes wait for order and few items missing in the order. I don't understand how this branch is still operates under McDonald's brand
Went to the Lawrenceburg indiana McDonald's today. Waited in line (inside) to order my food about 15 minutes.ordered my food it was the wrong order. So I sent my son in because he is more patient than me. (The manager ,we think it was a older lady) was verbally abusive to the cashier. She called her an idiot (the cashier was new and they did say they are understaffed. ) that is very bad behavior no one deserves to be called an idiot and cussed at especially a new employee. That was so unprofessional and uncalled for. Hopefully this young lady walked out and quit. This manager should be fired that is so unprofessional. The poor cashier was so upset, She did get my order wrong but didn't deserve that. If you are that short staffed and can't keep up with the number of customers and the service is this bad close until you are fully staffed and can treat employees better.

Ordered online. Still took 30 minutes. Once I got there to get my food the boy that's supposed to be running the register had an attitude dropped. Most of my change on the floor refused to pick it up and hand it to me. Couldn't get any help at all but on previous times that I've been there, the drive-thru staff is extremely friendly and helpful

Came thru around 9pm and it looked closed all exterior lights and mcdonald's sign was off. Looked online and they didn't close till 11pm, but I had already pulled into frishes. Called while in line there, and they were open just didn't turn on sign
