This place can't get an order right to save their life!! Always missing items when I order delivery. The greendale location is so much better than the lawrenceburg. It's ridiculous how people can't do their damn jobs an make sure an order has everything before its sent out.

I eat here because It’s close to work and fast. I’ve been belittled and laughed at while leaving. I always have a GIANT thumb print in my sandwiches.

I order with no onions so they will put the onions in between the meat and cheese. The bread is so hard you don’t even want to consume it. Would be happy to explain to McDonald’s who is doing what.

Hi, I wanna call attention to the fact that the young man taking orders at around 7:40 pm on Tuesday, September 9th, doesn't know what he is doing. He completely ignored me in the outer lane, and I sat and watched him take 3 orders from the other lane before finally I said hello. He rudely blew me off again, and I left without ordering because I was afraid he might accidentally drool in my food if I wait around, because clearly he's falling asleep on the headset.

Never have any issues with the morning crew. Lunch crew however, they almost never get the order right. Went through the drive through today but realized they left out a 10 piece nugget. Went back through 5 mins later and met with an attitude, not to mention it had 9 nuggets. Seems spiteful but who knows. If they get the lunch crew together, would be a much better establishment.

If s customer tells you nicely they are missing something before they drive off, don't question them rudely. Then don't fail to apologize for the error, instead expect me to pull around for the item you forgot so your driver thru time is ok..no. that's not ok. And shutting the window in my face when I politely declined was way out of line! I would have pulled forward if first off she had asked me and not told me to pull up with NO apology for the error or if they had been making me some special large order. They pull me forward often here for just a coffee and I end up waiting a second time . Each time i do pull up and I'm always polite. I declined once and the girl got nasty with me and shut the window in my face . This was around 939/ 945 pm at the Lawrenceburg location on 06/03/2025.

I'm very disappointed. I usually don't have issues or complaints .. kinda bummed me out 😕

Got yelled in the face because I was confused why my mobile order was taking more than 30 minutes. Would not recommend mobile ordering from this location. This is my third bad experience with mobile ordering from this location.

I waited in line patiently, decided we were going to finally order something other than their $5 meal deal. We ordered two deluxe mccrispy meals and our sandwiches had barely anything on them. The chicken patty on it was harder than a rock. Very unhappy.

The burger builder doesn’t know how to read or needs glasses. But at least they salt their fries and had my order ready quickly instead of asking me to pull forward.

Every time I go inside no one ever comes to the counter to take my order. I'm currently eating old over cooked fries and cold nuggets. At least my Mcdouble is OK. You're better off going any place else!
