I didn't realize they didn't have waitresses to take your order when you dine in. Restaurant was FREEZING and took almost an hour to get our pizza. Staff was very friendly though!

What a joke. Ordered food early for pick up. Not ready, not even started. The girl acted like it wasn't so we p, id then were told half hour or more. The lady in front had already been waiting over an hour. They were not busy. Then, no one knows how to do a refund.

Sloooowwww. Waited OVER AN HOUR after the time it said the online order was supposedly ready. They hadn't even started by that time. If I knew it was going to take that long I wouldn't have left the $2 tip beforehand. Corporate wouldn't even let me cancel for a refund because they claimed it was in the oven. Guess what, they said it got stuck and would have to remake it. Wouldn't go back even if I got free pizza for a year, because that's how long it would take to get it. I still demand a refund for waiting. No excuse for that.

Food was prepared asordered and was good. Had to wait a few minutes at the counter to order, ordered a pizza to go. Went to the restroom while I was waiting; very nasty. With the signs I saw up in several places they are apparently very short on help.
