Proof 124 Table and Tavern

We were there a week ago on a Saturday and had a great lunch. Our server was Kate... She was fantastic.One of the best servers that i've ever had! She is a gem, very vivacious and concerned.What's customer needs!
We got the grilled cheese and chuck roast with caramelized onions which Kate had suggested... She did not steer us wrong.It was delicious!

You have to get the coleslaw!
Be aware there are finely chopped peanuts in it. Very little but does make the dish. The Grilled asparagus I asked them to leave them on 5 min longer than normal and they did. Its nice when you ask for something different and its followed thru with!!

Never had an American wagyu sirloin before, but it was well cooked and delicious. Pretzel are gigantic, fish tacos delicious. Very clean, awesome atmosphere. Friendly staff and great chef.

Another a great experience. SEP 2025. We come here at least twice a year, wings were awesome and Hailey is always super nice and provides excellent service. Thank you Hailey, see you next year or sooner.

All of it was outstanding. The food, the service (hailey), the atmosphere, the location, everything. The burgers were really good. The wife's salmon with the bourbon glaze was the highlight. And that giant pretzel was so soft abd yet had a crispy shell and the dips, Mmmmmmmmmm
