On March 5th I made a 4pm reservation for the Prime Rib Easter Brunch being held on March 31st. We arrived and were seated just a few minutes after our reservation time. The server was prompt coming to our table and taking our drink order. We went to the buffet line and saw greasy looking tiny fried chicken pieces and containers of the cold salads were empty. The carving station was unmanned so I asked when someone would be out with the prime rib. I was told it would be an hour before prime rib would be out. For $27.99 per person and for the restaurant not to have prime rib for the listed PRIME RIB Easter Buffet was crazy! We advised our server we would not be staying. We promptly left. We drove an hour to get to Shift only to be there a short time and left to drive an hour home. Very disappointing. I posted this same review on their Facebook page/Event listing and it was quickly taken down from someone at Shift.

Was very very nice. Service was excellent. Food was outstanding. There was seven of us and I think we all got something different. Everyone was bragging how good their food was. I highly recommend the fried pickles. Not greasy and were fantastic! Don't pass this place up, more than worth the stop.

We had a reservation and still had to wait 10 mins to be seated. We waited 90 mins to get our food and we were only a party of 2. The place was clearly understaffed tonight. All this being said, one of the owners rolls in there with his entourage of over 6 people after we were seated and gets their food in 20 mins. They clearly don't understand the concept of who their true customer is. We were regular customers. Enough said!

We go here fairly often. Always have good food and drinks. Always busy, but never have to wait for a table. Service is very good. Food options are great. Large portions. Pretzel appetizer is excellent.

Place was great. Went in for lunch with a party of 8 on Feb. 15th at around noon. Took 45 mins to get our appetizers and another 30 for the main course. At first was a little bit upset, until I realized there was only one waitress who was taking orders for the 20+ customers, and she was also cooking the food and making drinks at the bar and I had 100% respect at that point. She was running all points of operation and never batted an eye to it, she was super nice, so hats off to her, she was awesome. Will definitely come back. Only gave the 4 star on service due to the restaurant owner(s) putting someone in that position, kinda cold. Otherwise, all else was great.Kid-friendliness: Easy place for kids to eat with a kids menu.Wheelchair accessibility: Easy access to the front with a ramp.

A little hidden gem. The food was very good. An atmosphere that you can talk and hear each other fine. Service was very good. Definitely will return. I had the honey drizzled chicken. Crispy outside with the right amount of honey. My guest had the chicken wings and loved them. The beer selection is huge.
Food is excellent and the staff is amazing . Nice and easy place to have lunch or dinner. If you get the chance stop in to have a bite and a drink.

We've eaten here a number of times, this time wasn't that great. Had a reservation, wasn't that crowded- took awhile to be seated even though tables were available, then music started at around 7:30 which made having a conversation impossible.

Hubby and in-laws love this place and go often, this was only my third time here and my experience is pretty ouch the same every time.Staff is great, atmosphere is good but the acoustics in there are deafening when you have loud people in the bar area, my goodness.The food is usually a strong 8/10 for me, this time I got the flatbread and it was more than enough for dinner and lunch the next day. The fried pickles were the hit of the night for me! I will get those every time.

It is a little bit of a drive for me, but well worth it.Friendly staff. Cool atmosphere. The salmon tacos are amazing. Fresh salad with blood orange vinaigrette dressing is great too I always order the same thing. However many other choices.
