Food was excellent. Please make home made biscuits, as they would complete the 5 stars. That was the only thing that was not good.

Great experience. I'm always in love with family and old restaurants; these are places where I get the best meatloaf. They are not disappointed; the food was excellent, and the corn and mac and cheese are great. The customer service was the cherry on top. Great vibe, and it's definitely a must-visit. Everyone was friendly, and cash would be a great option if you consider visiting.

My favorite restaurant. Reminds me of my Mamaw's cooking. The food and atmosphere are the best.

Had the Everything Omelete and a slice of homemade apple pie with vanilla ice cream. Everything was delicious. It was my first experience with goetta, and was pleasantly surprised. Our waitress was excellent, and I loved the music that was playing over the speakers.

The good: great food, cool 50's diner vibe, decent prices.
The bad: it's probably the poorest managed, most disorganized restaurant ever.

I've never been to a place where they have so many employees tripping over one another while not actually getting anything accomplished. Like, why do you need 4 people to bus tables in a place that only has like 20 tables? And why can't any of them help with orders or cashing out the check?

I used to eat here fairly regularly, but the last 4 times that I came here for breakfast I had to wait more than 30 minutes to get a table. In each case I then had to wait for another 30ish minutes for someone to take my order. The last two visits I wound up sitting for over an hour waiting for my food, while watching tables that came in after me get served.

Today after waiting an hour and 10 minutes after being seated, the server who took our order approached and apologized for forgetting to put our order in. She identified herself as the manager and said they were short staffed and that our food would be covered by the restaurant and that it would be right out... 15 minutes later we were still waiting. We watched them fulfill other orders that were placed after we were told they would have our meal out right away.

After 20 minutes we left because there was no urgency in correcting the issue and at that point we were starving. This sort of thing should never happen at a restaurant, and unfortunately it seems to be all too common here. We won't be back.
