Place was absolutely disgusting. Bugs everywhere and anywhere I touch was covered in grease. Food wasn’t even warm or good. Would never recommend.

Worst place ever! Sat for 20 minutes in a dirty booth, no waitress. After I said something to another waitress, who was very rude and cut me off, our waitress shows up and pretends she didn't see us even though she walked past us numerous times. When this was pointed out, she got rude and had an attitude. She then informs us that half the menu isn't available. We gave up and walked out which got us more hatefulness and attitude. This doesn't include the constant undercooked food, nasty hair, plastic or outright trash in our food EVERYTIME we go. Won't be surprised if someone gets deathly sick, but it won't be us.

My wife's sandwich was cold. You pay only with credit or debit card at the counter via a computer screen. Get seated ave wait for your name to be called. Get your own drinks and if you lose your receipt (which your will need both), that drink you just paid for will not be had. They expect you to tip, so trying to figure out for what cuts their customer service was ZERO. No interaction what so ever ac they want a tip, NOPE.

Went to drive thru. The Frisco burger was messy, which wouldn't have been a problem if they had given me a napkin. I was charged and given two fries when I ordered one.

Not your old Steak n Shake. The only reason I went in was to try the beef tallow French fries and left with a new old favorite. Everyone was super friendly. The food was great, especially the beef tallow fries.

An average steak and shake. Worker seemed perturbed to hand out some ketchup. Facility was pretty clean though. Food was pretty good as well. Restrooms were clean. Ample parking. Handicap accessible. Overall it's not a bad place. And the food does hit the spot.

We had such a pleasant experience on 4/28/25. Paris was so kind and friendly with our kids while she was closing down the dining room. Food was great, we were all pleasantly surprised!
