Not the same without wait staff. For the most part the workers were unfriendly!!!!!Return visit? Hmmmmmmm not sure! Not anytime soon most likely! Food was pretty good still. Even though we were told their pepper sauce for the chili had been discontinued!!!! ?

We drove from Cincinnati and arrived here 30 min before closing and received such friendly service from Cecil. The food was so tasty and the shakes were delicious and picture perfect

Love love love me some steak N shake and this one didn't disappoint - the garlic butter burger is ? with an amazing mix of flavor and butteryness goodness that will leave your arteries smooth as a baby's bottom while clogging them at the same time

My husband and I drove here on our date night from Ohio for get some shakes, only to be greeted by a paper sign on the door saying that shakes were unavailable. I can’t really comment on the food quality because we turned around and left. Do better, Steak ‘n Shake.

Plan to order at a kiosk, use a QR code for your own drinks and go pick up your own order at the counter -- and they ask for a tip! Wild. The place smells like burnt food and it gets in your clothes. Seating is not kid friendly. Hard pass.

When the restaurant is basically self serve and you have to use a barcode to get your drink and order from a kiosk. I don't consider there to really be any type of customer service. Do better!!! Please do ask for a tip at the end of your self service order!!

Been here many times over the years and food is usually pretty good but last night at the drive thru was a bit of a mess. Was told they would get to us when they could and then for the next ten minutes we could hear all the talking between cooks and drive thru guy as he left the mic hot. Needless to say after what we heard we decided it more prudent to pull out of line and go to UDF instead.

It was easy to order on the kiosk but we couldn't figure out how to use the soft drink dispenser. Turns out, you have to scan a QR code to make the dispenser turn on! There weren't clear enough instructions on this. We weren't the only ones who had trouble, so I didn't feel too ignorant. The food was delicious. I would just recommend better signage for instructions.
This is the first time we've been to Steak 'n Shake since COVID. We were shocked at how different it is.My wife had surgery and wanted a "sit down" meal. That's not what they have here now. All ordering is done at a touch-screen kiosk. When your food is ready, they just call your name and you have to go get the tray. They don't even bring it to you like McDonald's does!I don't imagine we'll be going back.
