Walked into the restaurant and waited at the entry to be seated. After a few minutes an employee yelled to the back “someone’s at the front” after a few more minutes someone else came out, did something at the bar and went to the back totally ignoring us. After a few more minutes we talked about finding a different restaurant. (It wasn’t busy at all)Someone finally seated us.We ordered and got our pizzas. No plates no utensils no napkins. Sat and stared at our pizza looking for our server. Eventually got up and got our plates napkins etc ourselves.The pizza was good.The hostess that was missing her duties when we walked in was sitting 2 tables down filling condiment containers and drinking a beer. Probably more important to be watching the front for customers?There was a sign at the front describing how much they wanted us to feel like “family”The pizza was good. I guess the family part would be good if dysfunction is considered good.

Had a big to go order. I had to wait for awhile the waitress/ bartender was really rude a short hair blonde women. The pizza was had no sauce on it. I should've just went to little Caesars.

I really love to come and see the pizza being made right in front of me, Hannah wand Heather are the best, but when I was here last time, there was a blonde manager that stood next to my table complaining about customers to the employees, it was super awkward for me. Looked like it was awkward for the employees, too!

Tried to go there yesterday evening but ended up standing by the door in a line just to put our name in. The small waiting area was literally overflowing out the door. Come to find out everyone in there was still waiting to just put their names in. Zero acknowledgement from any staff. It was as if there wasn't multiple people waiting. An older gentleman said it had been 20mins for them. You could definitely tell it was a $hit show and after 10mins we left. LaRosas wasn't that bad...at least we got acknowledged and actually existed there. Really do not need a response to this...just too bad thats how you ppl run things.

Great neighborhood pizza joint. Was busy and loud but food was delivered very quick and was pretty good. Really liked the pesto flatbread. Pizzas all have delicious thin crusts. Next time I will try the calcine.
The pizza was super good! The service was slow. They were trying but we had a big group and a time constraint. They didn't bring drinks for over 30 minutes and brought the salads after the pizza had been brought out. They were apologetic but it ruined are lunch. They also promised free dessert that they never brought!

Our company always comes here when we are in town for meetings. The staff is always very friendly and attentive, even with our large group walking in.Last time, we ordered meatballs, spinach dip, pesto flatbread and wings for starters. The wings were very small, but good, the meatballs tasted fresh. In terms of pizza, I’ve only ever had the small cauliflower crust style four cheese pizza, but it was very good. Every time I’ve gone, I always get the Capri Salad as an entree.Great atmosphere, friendly staff, and an arcade room to disappear to when everyone starts talking about work at the dinner table ?.

Pizza was so delicious and even tried dessert pizza made with Nutella and strawberries. So good! So excited that Strongs is coming to Westside.
