Most of the food is pre-made and just heated up or taken from the fridge and handed to you. Burgers are decent though. Staff is awesome! Super friendly and hard-working.

To the 4 that helped my husband and I today, we thank you. My husband being allergic to olives and with them making sure nothing was cross contaminated for our Nachos. That is what true customer service is about and because of Stephanie, Paige,Tim and Emanuel we will definitely be coming back to eat here. Plus the Nachos were amazing but there service made it even better. 5 star restaurants don't even compare to them. Thank you guys again for the amazing service and food.

No problems last time but the two cooks ed and eddy told me they put 4 Patty's on my bun instead of the one burger I ordered. They did it to be funny bc I'm a bigger guy. Regardless, giving a guy 4 Patty's instead of just 1 is stealing. I didn't want or ask for it. I threw the 3 patties away. Place is trash.

So I actually like the food here and the way its set up. Alot of options tastes pretty good, not bad! My problem is this place is basically ran by children running, screaming, and jumping on things(and hitting you in the process multiple times) and awful parents who are either missing or laughing at it. Basically people who don’t parent and raise awful kids with awful manners/shouldn’t have been parents. There is NO order here. While trying to eat 4 different kids from 2 different families were jumping on the couch we were sitting on laughing and wrestling all while the parents ignored it. And if you got angry they act like you are the problem and weird for having a problem with their child bumping into you and screaming in your space/table. Idk when this came the norm or why this is acceptable but don’t bring your kids here at a place that is not a playground or meant for kids exclusively and not do your job as a parent. Idk what it is with these younger parents or even grandparents. Completely ruined the experience.

Staying at the Hyatt Place I decided to go rothe Casino to get a bite to eat and ended up here. Not sure who that very discriminatory to African Americans. If she actually listened instead of talking over your sale would get your order correct however I digress. I don’t recommend anyone go there for that experience.

Appetizers and steaks are really yummy ..... however the starch(potatoes) Au Gratin specifically and vegetables (creamed corn) were not good at all.
EXTREMELY disappointed in the portion size in relation to the price. Everything was extremely overpriced. I've had better dinners at Outback steakhouse. Will not be returning

The waiter was excellent as was the food. I wanted a great steak dinner and time to talk with friends and that is what I got. Loved it.

Menu is limited, portions are extremely small, service was slow. Definitely went down hill from our experience a few years ago. Disappointed.

Went when it first opened that day for business. There 4 other customers besides us. Very slow since it was at 530pm. We only had two in our party. People that got there after us got their food before we did. We waited over an hour for 2 steaks. Bill was $177. Don't care about the money. I'll gladly pay more for great food and service. But that kinda made me a little upset. Food was great. Will consider again. Hopefully the wait won't be that long.
