The employees are friendly and funny. The food has always been good. Customer service seems to be moving towards extinction, but Wendy's is doing something right. It makes a difference.

it’s not hard to take an order and make it. If I order a nugget meal it has 10 nuggets not 6, and should have the sauce I ordered. Didn’t realize it was rocket science.

This Wendy’s is not managed. Every time I have ordered from this Wendy’s they have messed up the order. It can’t be that hard to read an order screen and put the right thing in the bag. If you order through DoorDash of course it’s DoorDash fault. It’s literally EVERY TIME I order from this Wendy’s.
