First time eating here and last time eating here the food was in general nasty while I also got a water cup the water tasted like chemicals then last on it all I was stared at by one of the workers several times giving me the creeps the worker would walk around and just stare at me made me extremely uncomfortable to even dine in at this location

Eat there 2-3 times a week. The staff is friendly, courteous, and make orders correctly. That said, It doesn't matter when I go, the fries are cold and soggy 75% of the time. Got there as the guy was turning the signs to lunch and still got old, cold fries. Theoretically, I was the first person to order fries that day, why are they soggy and cold? Considering this is half of most meals, and the pricing keeps going up, why is the quality falling? Make decent fries and you'll have a 5*

There's nothing I can complain about. The foods always made correctly drive-thru's fast. Cashiers and workers are friendly and do their job well. Definitely one of if not the best fast food restaurants in Lawrenceburg, At least overall.
Best to check that food is fully cooked before serving it to customers :(

it’s not hard to take an order and make it. If I order a nugget meal it has 10 nuggets not 6, and should have the sauce I ordered. Didn’t realize it was rocket science.

This Wendy’s is not managed. Every time I have ordered from this Wendy’s they have messed up the order. It can’t be that hard to read an order screen and put the right thing in the bag. If you order through DoorDash of course it’s DoorDash fault. It’s literally EVERY TIME I order from this Wendy’s.
