I used to always buy chicken tenders from Willies. They were big, tasty, and I was always happy with them. Last night I got a take out order and the 4 pieces of chicken were tiny. The largest was maybe 3 inches long. None was over an ounce. Super disappointed, won't buy again.

Jipped on my half rack tonight. Not really happy about that. I even tipped for this?!?!

Yikes! We thought this would be a good place to take the kids and enjoy a meal - when you walk in it is beyond outdated and well seems really dirty

The service was fair but average at best

The food - horrible!!! Not one of us enjoyed any of it - it was underwhelming and gross! We were outside and when the multiple flies started landing we were ready to go.

It’s a shame it really could be a great spot - but I will never go back nor recommend

I usually go to willies and have a fun time but today was not the case me and four of my friends were sitting at a table having fun, laughing and being a little loud so our waiter asked us to please quiet down so we did then we gave a girl our picture that we drew, and she ripped it up and poured it on our table our waiter came back and started going off on us screaming that we’re being too loud which we weren’t the first time she asked us to quiet down we did as she was going off. She started talking about our tip saying I’m only going to get two cents of this two dollar tip. This was a waste of my time and starting screaming at us and making us clean the mess that we did not create the waiters name was
Crissy this is the first time I’ve ever seen her here and I had a horrible experience. I hope no one has to go through what we had to not only was she being rude when she got back she slammed her check and my to go cup onto the table and when we handed her money, she snatched the check and walked off very madly we apologize when we left and said that she hope that we never came back. I hope this does not happen ever again and I hope this problem gets fixed. Thank you.

We was a party with 4 adults and 3 children from 9-2, or waitress, Katie, was not very attentive to our needs. She would come back to our table and someone would say they needed something and she would leave before we would tell her everything we needed. The food was good just wish we would of had better service.

Best burgers ever, Mushroom Swiss my favorite. Southwest egg rolls are awesome too.

Our waitress Emma was amazing. She provided such great hospitality. We stopped by for my grandmothers birthday and Emma took care of all of our needs with a smile. We’re a rambunctious group and she helped us no problem. I would come back simply for her service. Amazing job Emma, she deserves a raise.

Not a fan of DoorDash ordering system for pickup. Well, maybe partly Willie’s staff fault. My husband got there before pickup time indicated by site and our hot food was barely warm when he got it home (we’re about 3 minutes from restaurant). My husband’s coleslaw was warm as was my sour cream. These kind of things are why we don’t order pickup much.
