The food here is pretty basic but it is inexpensive. The draw here is the outdoor patio overlooking the lake. It is such a great spot when the weather is nice! Willy's is located inside the Hidden Valley Lake neighborhood.

We had a family of 5 dine in. We went on a weekend night and thought it would be crowded. It was not at all. However, it is still early in the season. Our waitress took our order, but did not write anything down. It was all from memory. We noticed all of the waitresses doing this. While waiting for our order, a lot of the tables were saying they ordered things that did not come out or their order was not right. When our order came out, my 3 kids and I had food on the table, but my husband had to tell the waitress what he ordered again. While my children and I ate, my husband snacked on our food. We were almost done eating before my husband's food came out. The food we did eat was yummy. However, if they would write the orders down, they wouldn't have messed up as many orders as they did. We sat on the patio. It had a beautiful view of the lake. You can also play volleyball while waiting for your food. After eating with our kids, we played at the playground that is not far from the restaurant.

This place is okay, we got the buffalo chicken dip app, fajitas, chicken Caesar salad and grippo flavored wings. The buffalo chicken dip had like no chicken in it- it was pretty much cheese and buffalo sauce. The wings were over cooked and tough to eat.Food is reasonably priced though and has a great view.

Beautiful spot with great lake and mountain views. They have a lot of outdoor seating and a sand volleyball court.The food is definitely above average. I had a Chicken Stir Fry that had good flavor and plenty of chicken and vegetables.Also tried the Potato Skin appetizer, it was ok, piled high with toppings, but I didn't love it. Maybe I just don't like potato skins.I will definitely go here again when in the area.

Update- last two orders have been rough. This time, the sweet and sour chicken was seriously burned and tasted like charcoal. The wings were dry.Excellent place to have in the neighborhood

We’ve been to Willie’s before in 2021, thought we would check it out on this trip for the Ewbank-Smith reunion. The previous visit and this visit were great! We were greeted and seated by Carley, but we thought we would sit at in the bar area, so we sat at the bar and Kyle was handling the bar duties. Kyle was efficient as he could be because the bar was quite busy, and he was up to the task. I ordered the grouper wrap, w/o fries, but opted for the cucumber salad which was very good. My wife chose the boneless wings with parmigiana sauce, with a side salad. Both were excellent, kudos to the bar staff and kitchen! Would recommend Willie’s anytime, Hidden Valley is a beautiful area. Kyle was very knowledgeable and attentive. If your a Detroit Red Wings fan, they have a Gordie Howe room!
