I want to express my thoughts in thee Most Positive, NON Negative way Possible. It says my 1st drink was 1/3/24 and I’ve been a total of 175 times as of this morning. You could say I’m addicted to 7 Brew and it’s a part of my day normally, I believe it makes for a successful productive day LOL. I’ve been to multiple locations of 7 Brew, Lafayette being my home 7 Brew. I don't ever have the experience I do at the Lebanon location. If I’m on my way to Indy I will stop at the Lebanon, 7 Brew at this point 3 times a week I’d say. It’s my mom treat to myself. I can’t be the only one who has taken notice to the situation and I think awareness needs to be spread. 7 Brew is the best thing, but the workers or training needs to totally be redone at this location. I see LAZY !!! Hate I have to say that, but people truly lack pride these days and it’s just ridiculous I’m waiting in line as long as I do at this location. I thought and have seen at every location to keep the line moving by walking down and taking orders so that the drinks can keep pumping and the line moving. Most of us are on our way somewhere. I shouldn’t be waiting in line 30 plus minutes on an iced coffee especially when the Lafayette one is 5x as busy and this is Never the case. Love the 7 Brew name, really disliking the leadership and training of employees at this location.

I went to 7 brew the other day and asked for the cinnamon roll latte with oatmilk and instead they gave me a normal latte with regular milk and as someone who can't have milk horrible first experience and I hated the latte which was not a cinnamon roll latte which is kinda hard to miss hear

Staff who takes orders doesn't know the menu, nor do they act like they want their job. Decided to stop by for a fun afternoon drink, left depressed knowing I'll never be back. Customer Service doesn't mean the customer is always right, but when placing an order staff should have an understanding of the menu and a smile on their face.
Avoid this place if you want to order a drink and leave happy.

Drinks are really great here, but when I stopped by last weekend I waited in line for over 30 mins. The guy that took my order just sat there watching football games on his phone. I waited 15 mins after I put in my order to get just an ice coffee. I really don't think I will be coming back to 7 brew with the potential for wait times like I experienced.
