First time visit. They give you biscuits with apple butter..omg. So good! The pulled pork sandwich is delicious and generous! I ordered the french fries as my side and they were just the way I like them. Highly recommended.

These were the worst ribs I’ve ever had. They tasted like they were cooked for days in a crockpot of warm water. The onion rings were good, hence the 2 stars. The service was next to none. The restaurant had closed and the server was cleaning before she even came to cash us out. No checkin after the food arrived. DO NOT GET THE RIBS!

I’ve only been here two times and it has never disappointed! Good food along with a leisurely atmosphere and you are describing Backyard BBQ. Food was well priced and good portions. Was on my way to Ohio.

Food was not very good . Weird experience. Cheddar biscuits with apple butter. I like weird, but not this kind of weird. The pasta salad seems like it should be on a Pizza Hut buffet. The cheddar biscuits were like I was at a seafood place without the seafood, and apple butter mixed in. The pasta salad is the kind that goes with some cheap Italian food. Two of the three bbq sauces were gross, one being okay. I've been to many bbq places and I wouldn't even call this bbq. The meats were more like buffet meats. I think some mashed potatoes and horseradish is more fitting for their meats than bbq sauce. This place is full of regret. We kept trying to pass our food off on each other. No one wanted it. We got the 3 meat platter. Service was good if you count on sneezing in your sleeve while your carrying rolls in the same hand.

Delicious comfort food! Homemade warm cheese biscuits with the jam is so good then the brisket sandwich was amazing!!
While visiting my cousin near Indianapolis, I drove by this restaurant a few times and have been wanting to stop and try it as I love good BBQ - so tonight, I did. I am happy to share that they did not disappoint, I highly recommend you stop if in the area. Family owned by two brothers, they deliver what good BBQ is all about. I had very flavorful, fall-apart brisket, the green beans were fantastic, and the loaded mashed potatoes were full of great flavor. The Brisket was great alone, but also complimented with the available sauces. I’m torn between the “Side Street Sweet” and the “Bourbon Burnout”. Maybe a combo of the two would be perfect. I would fail on this review if I didn’t mention the great and over-the-top service from Amanda - Thank you for completing a rewarding experience. I look forward to coming back again.

After spending $30 on a meal and tipping 20%, I asked for a glass of water. It was the ONLY request besides ordering food. The bartender rolled her eyes, took another bite of her food, then reluctantly got it for me. When I said “thank you” she ignored me and walked away without saying a word, as if it was the most unreasonable ask she’d ever experienced. Going forward I’ll gladly support another local business/staff that actually appreciates it.
