We stopped in for lunch today and can honestly say it was a pleasure dining here. The young lady that took our order was very polite and knowledgeable. Our came out quickly. It was hot, fresh and delicious. The dining room and bathroom were very clean.

First time stopping. I asked for suggestions and was given three options. I chose a tenderloin. The fries weren’t that good and the tenderloin was a giant generic flattened patty that was breaded. They came on a tiny hamburger bun and had ketchup, pickles and onions. Lots of ketchup. I guess I should ask, but I don’t know many folks that put ketchup on tenderloin and I was expecting something rather different. I wish I would’ve got the burger. I’m making a long trip and don’t really wanna make stops so when I do, I hope they count and I literally had about two bites of each and threw them back in the bag. I’ll probably end up stopping for lunch again here real soon.

Food and Staff are great; the nightshift Manager, Kyle, was very rude and was even more rude when I called to file a complaint. It was definitely hateful behavior

I can’t understand why the owner will not fix the heating unit, let employees work in such a cold temperature and serve people to a sit down lunch at 53 degrees in the middle of winter, so unacceptable.

Freezing cold Sunday morning could see your breath inside food was awful forgot to put meat on my sandwich 3 kids working and on their food people backed to the door waiting every thing was cold and had to be sent back beef patties were pink and trash all over the floor little girl working flipping off customers it was awful will never go again

Had a quick bite here on the highway back Ohio. Beefaroo is a classic burger brand. The dining room was clean but too cold during winter. Servers were nice. The 2 for $7 combo was great with a great size of burger and side. The fried chicken sandwich tasted classic and crispy. The cheese curds were mediocre.
