Tried redeeming rewards would not let me on the online page tried calling person i spoke with was not helpful. Tried again and it redeemed my points back therefore I couldn't order dinner will not go back there again

We're starving driving home n wanted to watch Cubs! I had chicken sandwich was so good, hubby had wings so good, beers were good,server was all alone didn't get her name she was outstanding!

Food took forever even though delivery stated 15 mins. Was missing parts of the order once it arrived. Unable to get anyone to answer the phone to fix the issue. Not impressed at all. Can't recommend this location. Do better Lebanon BWW!

You do not come across big Corp. restaurants they give you the kind of service that Haleigh and Miranda both gave at this restaurant Bdubz in Lebanon. Haleigh our server, even though she was very busy still made time to take care of our table and the manager on duty Miranda seeing that she was busy started clearing tables for her nice to see a great team work together while also providing fantastic service I will continue to patron in this restaurant because of these two.

Ordered lunch, 10 boneless w/honey BBQ sauce and fries. Sweet tea drink. Chicken was cold, and the fries were hot. That's the third visit with the same results. Cold chicken and hot fries. One star for the hot fries and one star for the service. I think that's my last visit. P!ss poor lazy cook.

I would give it 4.3 stars if I could. Food is always good. I like going on Thursdays for boneless bogo. Only complaint is service is little on slower side.

Called 15 times and no one answered to get my order from Frankfort when I arrived Then waited for 10 more mins for someone to get my order after I had to ask for help. Very poor service!

The bartender was alone. We were told she was serving and making food. It wasn't her fsukt but waited an hoir and a half for food, amd empty beer mugs in between. We were served cold fries. Disappeared and didn't come back fkr 20 minutes to replace fries because was cooking in the back. She clearly needs help.

We ended up walking out We arrived at 12:30 and couldn't get our food until 12:50 and had to leave at 1:30 bc they couldn't bring us a refill or simple chips and salsa and when we left the waiter started going and saying sire we only have 3 people I'm sorry we're shirt staff but they haven't even told us how long it was waiste of time for my first time

Didn’t really taste all too good to me but that’s just my opinion. I liked the service, everyone was so friendly. The atmosphere didn’t fit my liking since it just didn’t feel like a wing place.

Parking: Plenty of spots for parking can sometimes be difficult but overall a great parking availability.

Wasn't very busy which helped to get service and food faster. Otherwise it was a great experience.
